Hi, I have a pre-sale question. I noticed that the header navigation bar in your theme shows options like: News, Video ,Image ,Music ,List ,Poll ,Trivia ,Quiz However, the actual categories are different from these. Is there any option to display the real categories in that navigation bar? Also, do you provide a demo so we can check all the options before buying?

Hi, i have a pre sale question. My idea is to make an image sharing site, so I will focus mainly on user submitted images.

This feature is the only one I cannot try in the demo (it says I have to login but even if I do, nothing changes)

Can I have a preview of how the user will see the image submission form? And also, can he upload galleries?

The Theme ist pretty useless. The Captcha does’nt work. For example, you get over 500 spam registrations in just one hour. Despite the use of Jetpack and Akisment.

Hi. I sent some questions to your support system on themeforest, but you didn’t respond. I have more questions and defects now:

DEFECTS: 1) Posts that are marked as featured for the top area on homepage, are then duplicated in the posts below the featured area.

2) I have Story listed under the + button in the top nav bar. I have everything disabled except Polls, so Stories should not be showing. I went to Admin > King > Settings > Stories, and I have it checked to No for Enable Stories, but it still shows up under the + button in top nav.

3) Google oAuth not working on my website. I use https://www.mydomain.com/oauth2callback for the Authorized redirect URIs. I followed your instructions in the help document, but the instructions are old, and not very detailed. Here is the error when trying to use the Google account creation button:

4) On your king website, after doing Google login, user is not logged in, and I have to refresh screen to actually be logged in

5) Twitter SSO not working either. I received this error: Signed API request to https://api.twitter.com/oauth/request_token has returned an error. HTTP error 401. Raw Provider API response: {errors not authenticate you.”}]}.

6) On your king website, if a new user uses Google to create their account, and their name has a space in it, then your theme creates their username with a space in it. Then when I clicked the bell icon in the nav bar, it adds the % instead of the plus sign instead of a space, and the link is broken. Also, it should use a hyphen instead of a + sign.

7) On my website with the fresh demo install, none of the post thumbnails in the user profile Posts area are showing

I uploaded a background image for my profile, but it didn’t take it. But then I refreshed the page, and it loaded. But it worked fine when I did the avatar in the profile area.

9) Auto generated default avatars from WordPress are not being used for the user’s avatar in top nav bar, or on their profile page. And these two avatars are different from each other: top nav is a smile face, and on the profile page is fish bones. And in the comment section, it uses the WordPress avatars (I have it selected to use RobotHash).

10) Ajax search does not work properly, I have a username and a post title with the word in it, and the post title does not come up

11) Ajax search result for Joker, shows the joker, then below it it says “No result found”. Maybe this is supposed to be for the posts?

12) Ajax search: If I search for something and it gives a result, then I search again without clicking anything, it doesn’t do ajax results.

QUESTIONS 13 How do collections work? There’s nothing in your documentation, and I don’t see any icons on the website to add something to a collection.

14) How am I supposed to update your latest version of the ACF Pro plugin that I download from your site? Do I just do it as an Add New Plugin? Will it override anything?

There are a lot of issues with your theme. If you had better documentation, or a support forum where we could see solutions that would be great.

Bugs. The front-end submission form for Posts. The Media Library won’t let users upload images. It is blank even after an image is uploaded.

Nice theme pre purchase questions. Is theme translation ready For image only do the theme resize the images or there is a specific size to be use. when a user submit and image can the theme be set for images Only.
