Good morning. My website has become empty. After the last update, the data migration process always aborts, it reaches 63% and then it stops there. I have tried several times and it always happens the same, the process reaches 63% and then it stops, it doesn’t go beyond that. I have lost all the traffic that was coming in.

Is it possible to have ads before or during videos with this theme?

I put in a ticket and the team just kept telling me IM installing the update wrong. I asked for help when I was clearly receiving errors during installation and the team is not interested in helping me. When I first purchased this theme I had installation problems and the team immediately jumped onto the site and fixed the issue for me. Now there just texting me saying im doing it wrong. This is ridiculous. You made changes to the site and expect me to just figure it out. My site was working great before this update and now its completely broken. I will be leaving an awful review on this product.

There are a lot of frustrating and unnecessary errors in the theme. For example, after importing the demo data, I have to re-upload all the title texture images and the IMDB logo because the theme does not recognize the correct paths due to existing errors.

Not only that, but the Vertical Thumbnail Banner slider also has issues. When I set the number to 1, it appears and works normally, as shown in the following image.

However, when I set it to 2 or more, it doesn’t work at all and completely disappears.

Honestly, the number of errors in the latest update is extremely disappointing.

The most frustrating issue for me is the streaming servers feature—the section is there, but it simply doesn’t work. This has been the most annoying and disappointing problem of all.

It looks like the new update has a lot of issues.

First, there are problems with the file paths. When installing WordPress and the theme, everything works fine. However, when I reach the step of installing the plugins, then importing the demo data, there are always issues with Bootstrap files and errors during content import. This causes elements like the titles to disappear completely from the site, including episodes, the TV Show section, etc.

Please review the following issue:

The /assets/ path always has problems, with missing files from the original package downloaded from ThemeForest.

Additionally, there is an issue with setting download and streaming links. There are fields to add multiple streaming links, but only the first one appears, and the rest are ignored.

There are many errors I’ve encountered since purchasing the theme, and I haven’t been able to benefit from its features—only wasted time.

1. Does this work with the laravel version? I mean can’t both this and the live stream be on the same platform? And for the flutter app, is the livestream app different as well?

I’m looking for a solution that has metrics: - monthly reports of unique views for each video from users - how many videos each regular user watched (and which ones) - how many times each video was streamed (unique watch times)

Is that included in this solution? If not then do you know what plugin can do that?
