How can i change the timezone of the theme? I tried to change the timezone in wordpress, but it still shows it wrong in the listing, where there is the opening hours.

When you change timezone in wordpress settings don’t use UTC format, instead choose a city that’s in your timezone. After that it should work
I tried both UTC Format and the city, choosed “São Paulo”, but it didn’t work in the listing. In wordpress shows the message:
Universal Hour is 21/02/2025 18:41:49. Local Hour is 21/02/2025 16:41:49.
But it still show in the Universal Hour.

I saw your theme is compatible FluxStore Listing by InspireUI. If I use Loco Translate, does FluxStore Listing App also show contents in multi languages?
For example, if you shift langeus from English to Korean, FluxStore Listing loads only Korean contents and hide English contents.

I changed the header width to be boxed within theme options > header but only the header for the homepage is boxed. Unfortunately the header for the listing pages is not displaying as boxed boxed. How can I get all of the headers for the theme to be boxed?

I imported the demo content, but when I click on “my listing” in the dashboard as a user, I can’t access my listings from the frontend, I get a 404 error.
Is there a shortcode I can use on a page to display user listings, or is there another solution to fix this?

Actually, I have access to the user’s dashboard, it’s just the “my-account/my-listings” section inside the dashboard that returns a 404 error.
It’s possible you have translated the my-listings string, if that’s the case you need to add the new slug under appearance > menus > woocommerce menu

I have thoroughly reviewed the documentation, including almost every relevant page, but I am unable to find a way to customize the listing display using ACF. I have enabled ACF as instructed in the documentation, but after implementing your provided code, it does not appear as a plugin.
My objective is to create a custom loop template that allows me to fully control how listings are displayed. However, when selecting an image field and attempting to assign the listing’s featured image, it does not appear as an available option. The same issue applies to other key fields such as the listing title.
I need clear guidance on how to:
Properly integrate ACF to enable full customization of listing displays. Create custom templates for listings without being restricted by the default widget options. Could you please provide detailed instructions or an alternative approach to achieve this?

ACF is only used for theme options in backend, when you use the snippet from our documentation you’ll see the custom fields menu in backend
You can’t use acf to achieve this and developing this feature is quite complicated and we can’t assist you with this
There are some plugins that allow you to design listing page with elementor so you can try them
we can create manually without the need of the other plugins, but we cant call the functions. we cant get feature image example, title of the listing etc. however, if its does not support , thats fine
Generally theme is good and user friendly. However, the translation of the phrases to desired language requires skills. I translated all my site however, I am worried what will happen if theme gets update…. If there is an easy way please show me. Please do not suggest purchase a plugin. In my opinion, there should be a built-in interface to change the phrases to any desired language.

Which plugin did you use to translate the theme? You should just make sure to save the translation file outside of theme files and it won’t get deleted
You can also save a backup of your translation files in your PC just as a backup
I made all translations in the soruce code of theme 
I made changes in PHP files one by one.
If the theme gets update, will all my changes go default?

In the “Listing Expiry Rules”, I added a rule to expire a listing when a user-defined date is reached. This is working correctly, but the expiration email is not triggered, and the expiration date does not appear in the listing details on the ‘my-account/my-listing’ page in the front end, next to the creation date.
However, if I manually set the “Expire Date” in the back office, the email is sent, and the expiration date is displayed in the listing details.
Is this the expected behavior for ‘Listing Expiry Rules’? Is there a way to make it work the same way in both scenarios (when the expiration date is automatically set by the user and when it is manually set in the back office)?
If necessary, we are willing to renew support to get assistance and further information regarding this issue.

I’m having an issue with My Listing and Elementor, With the My Listing theme active, when I try to go to edit a page with Elementor the properties panel constantly loads and I am unable to do anything. Usually this is fixed by increasing the memory limit which I have done but it still doesn’t work. I have deactivated all other plugins to see if there’s a conflict and that isn’t the case. If I switch to the default WordPress 2025 theme I can edit the pages fine.
In the console I can see that admin-ajax.php isn’t loading with a 500 Internal Server Error.

I have hierarchy region set up in my site, e.g. “Italy” and “Abruzzo” under “Italy”

Also can I add my custom taxonomies (Listings->Taxonomies->Add taxonomy) into the permalink as well?

The file that controls quick view is located under templates/single-listing/previews/quick-view.php
An alternative; what data to passe from inside the preview or quickview to be able to add this inside the preview or quickview…require locate_template(‘templates/listing.php’)...
