As far as Crypto integration, we do not have plans to add this into the theme as supported merchant. We will continue to provide support to use woocommerce for payments as they focus on adding all merchants into their system.

-> We do not have this functionality. the theme does not have the option to manage multiple rooms booking in the same listing. Each room will need to be added as a separate listing.

—> The theme does not support hotel-style booking where rooms can be booked individually or in groups from a single listing. Therefore, availability tracking will also be managed on a per-listing basis rather than by room categories.

There is an issue with the pictures, on the listing carousel and also in some property page. I guess the issues is only on the feature or first picture. How to soleve this issues? The client added images with a small resolution and he needs to add a larger image – or he changed the thumb size rules which applies to new images (for old images the rules need to be enforced with a plugin)

Default rule is Property card image – 400×314
If the client image is smaller than this value (width or height) a thumb will not be generated and the image will show with its original size. The solution is to add a larger image in this case (we recommend min 500×500)

You can customize the appearance of property listings to achieve a modern look, but the specific implementation may depend on the settings and options available in the theme. The theme is the same in all demos, and each property page demo example is made from theme options (theme options can be modified by you, no matter which demo you start with)

If you have the latest theme version then the roles are already in place so you don’t need to do anything. Activate the plugin from theme option, install JWT plugin to have token authentification and you are ready to go.

I am trying to get properties from another platform and I get Import failed: Failed to import property: Your membership does not allow you to create a new property. But the user set for the authentication is an administrator and can post listings. To mention here that the Enable Paid Submission is set to No. I use the latest version of the theme.

Hello. WpRentals has a rtl.css included, but we are not native and we do not have confirmation it is 100% ready. We can add the rtl language on a test domain so you can see if it is ready. We cannot share wp-admin access but you would be able to login and see the front end dashboard.

The theme is primarily designed for short-term rentals and does not include built-in functionality for monthly or recurring bookings.
What the theme can support is the possibility to let users add properties based on a subscription (and you set the duration of the membership in x days, x weeks, x months or x years)

The submission form is unique, it cannot be different based on category. Having 3 types of rental items in one site is not going to be UX friendly either.
And the prices are set by day or buy hour, with the possibility to set prices per night or hour for custom periods (like 7 nights or 30 nights). There is no specific price or calendar for week or month rental.
There is no plugin that can change the theme functionality either I am afraid.

Hi, I also use Smoobu, and I’m really interested in purchasing the WPRentals theme. From what I’ve read, it seems that the theme supports iCal calendar integration with Smoobu, which is great. However, I’m also interested in synchronizing price calendars between Smoobu and the WPRentals theme. I understand this feature could potentially be developed through an API, as I know Smoobu already syncs with platforms like Booking.com and Airbnb.
I’m aware that this feature doesn’t currently exist in the WP theme, so I was wondering if you could provide an estimate for how much it would cost to develop this integration?

As far as we know, Smobuu team have already developed an application for WpRentals and Smobuu customers. I am not sure how the application works and what features are included, but WpRentals is listed on the site https://www.smoobu.com/en/channel-manager-vacation-rental/
We have the standard ical integration and the theme supports ical import or export as standard feature.
To confirm what are the features supported by Smobuu based on their site – please confirm with Smobuu support. We will try to find out what they have developed to, to be able to answer this question in presale too.

WP Rentals supports iCal synchronization with both Airbnb and Booking.com or any platform that supports ical feed. The cron updates can be set to occur at regular intervals (e.g., hourly or every 15 minutes), depending on your server configuration and how it can support

iCal sync operates on scheduled intervals rather than instant updates. This is common across platforms that use iCal. For critical scenarios, manual sync options is available in WpRentals but each platform sets a time to sync ical feeds as WpRentals does. It is not an instant process.
13 listings is a small number of listings and you should be able to change the sync cron in the theme to a more often occurrence.
