I am experiencing two issues with the VAULT theme:
1. Support Access Issue – I have renewed my license multiple times on ThemeForest, and it shows as active in my UIcore dashboard. However, when I try to submit a support request, the system tells me that my license is expired, preventing me from accessing support. Could you please fix this issue?
2. WooCommerce Blocks Compatibility Issue – Since the latest update, my cart and checkout pages no longer load, and the console shows JavaScript errors related to WooCommerce Blocks:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘call’) Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘registerCheckoutBlock’)
> I tested disabling all plugins, reinstalling WordPress, clearing cache, and switching to Storefront (where the issue disappears), so this seems to be a theme compatibility issue.
I tried contacting you via email, but the address provided does not work. Please let me know how I can reach you to resolve these issues.

1. Please try the following: on your my.uicore.co account, click on Synchronize List under Your ThemeForest Products. Then, go to the support system, and while on the Ask a Question page, click Crtl+Shift+R a few times to clear the caches. If that doesn’t work, please reach out to support@uicore.co and we’ll check.
2. Try recreating the WooCommerce pages: delete the existing pages (Shop, Cart, Checkout, My Account), then go to WooCommerce – Status – Tools – Create default WooCommerce pages.
Hi I bought the theme like one year ago, but just cheking the pre-buils pages, it looks like they are missing images and structure looks bad, just for you to check becuase it looks bad.

Hello, please keep in mind that one theme license can be used on a single domain. If you used the transfer feature to move the license between staging domains, please share your latest registered website to support@uicore.co, and we’ll reset the limit.

Hello, please keep in mind that one license can be used on a single domain. If you need to install it on another domain, you will need to purchase one additional license. Appreciate your understanding.
okay, I got your point, but Can we deregister it from the staging domain? I initially used it there, but now I want to transfer it to my main domain. I no longer need it on the staging site, so I’d like to use it on the main one instead.
Please keep in mind that one license can be used for a single domain.: I think this is a recently added rule right ?? because when I purchased this theme there wouldn’t be such thingsOf course, that’s why we allow domain transfers, so you can easily switch between staging and live. However, you are already using the theme on a main live domain, therefore a new domain will require an additional license.
This licensing system is not enforced by us, but by Envato, and it has been the same since the beginning. You can read more about it here: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

However, as mentioned, we allow for five transfers between staging and live domains, but transferring the license to multiple live domains is against the Envato rules.
Upon further investigation, it came to our attention that you are currently using the same license on two different domains, so it would be appropriate to purchase an additional license.

How do you get the Element Pack Pro to update to the latest version? I have the theme up to date but the Element Pack Pro is many releases behind still.

Hi there, can you please disconnect the Vault theme from all the domains? I tried the theme with a bunch of domains and businesses before, however never went live with the license. Can you detach the domains so I can use the theme for another business? There is no way to reach out to you guys on the UiCore account.
Hello, we can’t deactivate your websites from our end, but we reset the transfer limit, so you can connect a new domain.
Upon loading the Home page, everything flashes and 404 and icons appear for a second before looking normal. It really takes away from the professionalism – and it happens for both your Vault and Outgrid themes. This is a theme issue that needs to be addressed and fixed.
Hello Pamela, we have already replied to your email. The issue is caused by the caching plugin, which loads the resources incorrectly.
This is happening across all of the sites I have created with your Themes – and all have different caching. Can you provide me with exactly which caching plugin does this?

See the blinking on Breakpointwp.com (Vault) and RealEstateWebPros.com (Outgrid). I have updated my support and this is the second time I requested this to be fixed and nothing ever happened.
Hello, The devteam invetsigated your issue and it seems that is caused by this file https://realestatewebpros.com/wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/custom-pro-widget-nav-menu.min.css?ver=1736958604 that is loaded to late. We don;t ganarate this file so for sure that’s from a 3rd party plugin.
To fix this issue, you can use our Preload Feature from the Performance tab or the preload feature from your caching plugin. The goal is to preload this file so it is already loaded when the page is displayed, such that icons don’t appear and then disappear (they now disappear when this file is finally loaded).
I will try and do this. However, when you claim that it is a third party (Elementor) that you state your Theme is completely compatible with – it’s Not the third party problem when the commonality is your themes. Love your themes as a tool box, but would like you guys to address these bugs rather than place the blame other places.

When will Vault be compatible with the most recent version of WooCommerce?
Your theme (Vault Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.
Hello, our themes are compatible with the latest version of WooCommerce. The child theme doesn’t contain any templates, so please try deleting it and reinstalling it from Theme Options – System.

I have a 1 page website but upon loading the page, everything flashes and reoragnizes itself for a second before looking normal. It really takes away from the professionalism.
