You can write your custom CSS either in Theme Settings -> Custom CSS or in the child theme’s style.css file. Unfortunately, we don’t have instructions of custom CSS modifications of specific elements of your website.

This element is available for Gutenberg only at the moment. We will add WPBakery toggle element in our future updates as well.

Ive found a lot of this type of issue in the template. I think it would be prudent to be more transparent about this before someone buys off the back of a feature they cannot access.. Gutenberg is terrible to use, that bad even Wordpress provides a plugin to disable it. lol
