Mobile version of the website is not working properly, but in desktop it is working fine, how to resolve it?

URGENT MATTER! I have been a customer for over years now. I need help with updating the theme. I need to make sure of that info before the server’s PHP version is updated.

Do you have any hand out on the woocomerce? how is the process of buying/ selling? site is having a lot of fail processing.. is that spam, or error theme bug? I dont think its normal having 2700 fail transactions.. any handbook we can read what is the process? why you use donkan? and vendor user for buying? what is the most transparent way for ecommerce transactions?
