Using Cesis 1.8.75, Cesis plugin 2.0, with any version of WPBakery from 8.5 (included in Cesis Package) to 8.7.2 front-end view does not work—just shows WPBakery icon. If Cesis plugin is disabled WPBakery works as expected. Looks like the Cesis Plugin needs an update please and thank you.

Hello? 6 months since an update? You used to be so frequent. Many clients still depend on your plugin updates.

Hi, I would like you to help me remove/deactivate the license key from a domain name. I would like to use the license on different domain name. When I deregister from Wordpress dashboard it doesn’t work.

Have you all ever created Elementor templates for this theme?

How to resolve this PHP 8.1 error message?

Got error 'PHP message: PHP Warning: The magic method cesis_wbpb_extension__Manager::__sleep() must have public visibility in /chroot/home/x/example.com/html/wp-content/plugins/cesis_cp/config/core_init.php on line 163PHP message: PHP Warning: The magic method cesis_wbpb_extension__Manager::__wakeup() must have public visibility in /chroot/home/x/example.com/html/wp-content/plugins/cesis_cp/config/core_init.php on line 171'

Hello,

It appears that the theme has not been updated for quite some time, and there are no recent entries in the changelog section. Could you please confirm if any updates are planned or provide support regarding this?

Thank you

Sorry for the delay, our team wasn’t available lately.

A new update will be releasetoday, thanks for your support.

After updating WPBakery Page Builder from v8.2 to v8.4, certain Cesis theme blocks (such as address, contact form, social media, and other theme-specific blocks) are not displaying in the page edit mode, although they appear correctly on the frontend. Additionally, the WPBakery frontend editor is not functioning when the theme is active.

Deactivating the theme resolves the issue, which suggests that there may be a compatibility conflict between the theme and the updated plugin version.

Could you please investigate this matter and provide a solution or update to address the issue? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated..

Hi@tranmautritam, I wanted to follow up regarding the comment I submitted earlier, as I have not received a response for quite some time. Additionally, I noticed that the latest changelog has not been documented. Could you please provide an update on this? Your attention to these matters would be appreciated.

It seems that I used too many good words in my last review of the template. First of all, thank you again for making SliderRevolution work again, but it’s a pity that at the same time the ZillaLike option broke, ok ok, I mean Cesis-like. It stopped working, we are waiting patiently for a fix.

Can you tell us the version you are currently using please?

Also tell us where it is not working, from which interaction / element you are having issues.

Best regards

I am currently using theme v1.8.71 and with it the included Cesis Custom Posts version 1.9 I tried to overwrite the code but to no avail, the result is still the same. The whole thing is below the posts. A code containing “zilla-likes-count” is displayed.

I am very grateful not only for having decided to use this template a few years ago but also for the fact that the author continues to support their users. This is a rare quality nowadays, and I truly appreciate the prompt actions and responsiveness. Thank you for your help!

Hello, We have discovered a XSS vulnerability with the cesis_cp plugin. Where can we report this for a hot fix patch?

Hi @tranmautritam,

After updating WordPress to version 6.7, the Customizer is not functioning correctly. When navigating to Appearance > Customize and clicking on any customization option, nothing happens—the settings panel does not open.

I have checked the logs, but there are no errors recorded. This issue seems to be related to theme compatibility with WordPress 6.7. Could you please investigate and provide a solution or update?

Looking forward to your support.

And although the fact that I didn’t get a direct answer to my post from three months ago, I am very grateful to the author for the current theme update (Version 1.8.70 2025.01.29). Slider Revolution started working properly! Thank you very much.

Hello @themeforestnet19,

I am writing to follow up on the theme updates. The theme is currently not compatible with the latest WooCommerce 9.6. This is causing significant issues, as I have been postponing updates to my website while waiting for the theme to be compatible.

Additionally, my users are experiencing problems with payments due to compatibility issues with WooCommerce. This is affecting my business, and I kindly request urgent assistance and an update to resolve these issues.

I want to emphasize that I am very satisfied with the theme overall and have purchased more than 10 licenses. However, it is critical that the theme works seamlessly with the latest version of WooCommerce.

Please let us know when the updated version of the theme will be released. Thank you for your prompt attention and support.

Thank you

I’m also waiting for the theme to be updated to work with WooCommerce 9.6 and the latest WordPress version. Looking forward to the update as it’s holding me back from updating my site.

Thanks in advance!

Hi! WPBakery 8.0 has been released on November 12th: https://kb.wpbakery.com/docs/preface/release-notes/ When will it be available through Cesis? Thank you.

Could you please provide an update regarding the availability of WPBakery 8.x?

The page builder was released two months ago, but it is still not possible to update it on websites powered by Cesis. This situation poses a serious security risk, as we are unable to update to the latest version of the page builder in case of vulnerabilities. Additionally, it may introduce compatibility bugs with other plugins if the page builder is left too far behind.

If you have discontinued the development of Cesis, please inform us so that we can move forward and avoid keeping the websites in a vulnerable state.

Thank you.

There is a high severity security issue related to the theme and Redux: CVE-2021-38312 The current Redux framework is v’3.6.9’. How can we update Redux to at least v’4.4.x’?

Appreciate your reply. Thanks!

I’ve been successfully using the Cesis theme for years and have always been satisfied with it. However, after a period of inactivity, I recently encountered an issue with Slider Revolution. When trying to use the [preview] function, I received the following error message: “The preview could not be loaded due to a conflict with another WordPress theme or plugin.”

I attempted to resolve the issue by disabling all plugins, but the error persisted. Unsure of the next step, I eventually decided to disable the Cesis theme and switch to the default Twenty Seventeen theme, reactivating the plugins afterward. Once I did this, Slider Revolution worked perfectly again, but, of course, the site is no longer running on Cesis.

Has anyone else experienced this problem or found a solution to using Cesis with Slider Revolution without conflicts?
