Its not possible to edit in the translate files? I mean without any plugins.

You can uninstall the Loco translate plugin after creating the translation.

Anybody knows if it is possible to put the description where the excerpt is shown? Some plugins only perform actions on the long description ignoring the excerpt. I see it’s possible to show the excerpt under the title, but description is “buried” under tabs. A lot below the fold

Try to do the following to update the theme:

1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.

4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

Is there a difference between Gutenberg and Elementor page builders in terms of speed and compatibility? Which is better?

Do you mean that both of them are the same in terms of speed and optimization? Because I am more comfortable with Elementor, but I feel that Gutenberg has more optimized code. Am I right? Or am I wrong?

It may depend on other factors as well. In some cases, Elementor can be faster and in others – Gutenberg. But anyway, there is no big difference.

However, when I updated the WooCommerce plugin via your Theme settings, my entire site crashed out. Any ways to recover?

Fixed it by enabling Debug, finding out the bad plugin, and then disabling the plugin.

Hello support team! I am writing to report an error I’ve encountered with the woodmart theme on my WordPress website. Specifically, I am experiencing this error when i try to import the a prebuilt website : “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.” i’ve already configured the php.ini file but still not working, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Great theme, I already have like 30 licenses! Just a question though, when we update the theme, we need to manually go to the plugin list and hit “requires update” on the Woodmart core plugin.

This is troublesome, as sometimes we forget to do that, on our 30 websites.

Can you please explain why your core plugin does not show that it has a new update so we can update it from the dashboard like ALL OTHER plugins?

This plugin can be updated via WoodMart -> Plugins because it is not hosted on the WordPress.org website.

J’utilise votre thème WoodMart sur ma boutique WooCommerce et je suis très satisfait de ses performances et de ses fonctionnalités.

J’aimerais savoir s’il existe une possibilité d’activer la fonctionnalité “Frequently Bought Together” (Produits fréquemment achetés ensemble) sur l’ensemble des produits de ma boutique en une seule fois, plutôt que de devoir l’activer manuellement pour chaque produit individuellement.

Ma boutique compte un grand nombre de produits, et l’activation manuelle serait extrêmement chronophage. Je suis convaincu que cette fonctionnalité améliorerait considérablement l’expérience utilisateur et augmenterait mes ventes.

Existe-t-il une option dans les paramètres du thème, ou une extension que vous recommanderiez, pour activer cette fonctionnalité de manière groupée sur tout les produit d’un site ?

Hi,

I know my support has expired.

I’m having a strange problem. The theme settings suddenly stopped working. In my BO, the settings are successfully saved (as custom CSS) but nothing is visible on the website anymore. I tried everything: clear cache, plugins deactivation, check all PHP settings but nothing works. Any idea where to look at?

Is there a way to show the amount the customer is saving on the items on the side cart with dynamic discount? Right now the side cart only shows the subtotal at the bottom. I want it to include the amount that customer is saving below the subtotal.

Well this is only when using the Woodmart Breadcrumbs when we use the YOAST breadcrumbs the problem is not persistent.

There is no WoodMart breadcrumbs. It comes with WooCommerce plugin. Have you tested this with the default theme?

We are still supporting and updating our Basel theme so it is not at the end of its life. You can switch to WoodMart only if you need more advanced functionality. Unfortunately, we don’t have a migration service.
