I think I may be having a similar problem to a lot of the comments. My home page and about page haven’t worked properly in a while. The content on those pages suddenly disappeared. To put a band-aid over the problem, I did a restore, taking me back to January 24. It was fine for 48 hours.

Thanks. I’m still missing my about page content. And it’s not allowing me to install the Cavani Core. It says “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”
Last night the entire site crashed! I went to recovery mode and they said the problem was the Redux Framework plugin. So I loaded that and now the Redux Framework plugin won’t load and I’m getting the following error – “This plugin failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode.” The site’s home page has a random photo I guess from the theme, the about page content is still missing and the home page is not functioning like before. I really don’t know what to do at this point. You sure don’t make these updates easy.
Also got a failed error for Cavani Core. “This plugin failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode.”

Hey, ever since the update to 1.1.1, a workaround via CSS to not show featured image on the blog page no longer works.
li data-img{ display: none; opacity: 0; visibility: hidden; }
This has worked fine in all previous versions, but now nothing seems to stop the featured image from appearing which is annoying as it’s the one element I’ve never wanted on this theme. Do you have a workaround?

Download the latest version of the theme from your ThemeForest downloads: https://themeforest.net/downloads 4. Find the cavani.zip file, then go to the Themes section and upload it, replacing the current Cavani theme. 5. Install and activate the required plugins again.
Removed Cavani Core, deactivated Redux Vendor Support, but in the list of plugins for activating new plugins did not appear… Only Cavani Core Install and Redux Vendor Support Activate.

Steps to follow:
1. Remove Cavani Core and Redux Vendor Support plugins.
2. Update the theme by replacing the old Cavani theme.
3. Install the required plugins again.

A child theme is active on my site. If I deactivate and delete Cavani Core, the Elementor update works and there are no more critical errors, but the theme does not look good in the frontend (logo missing, layout etc.). In addition, the Customizer is no longer available in the theme. Can you fix this or give me a hint?

Hi Marketify-Team, I also am experiencing the same issues with Redux Vendor Support. It did not help to deactivate, delete and reinstall Cavani Core (as well as the Redux Vendor Support Plugin). It still shows “Redux Vendor Support cannot load. Redux Framework not active.” in the admin dashboard. It started happening after updating plugins. Installed are the following: Cavani Core, Redux Vendor Support, Elementor (as neccessary), additionally: Contact Form 7, Qi Addons for Elementor, WP Mail SMTP and Yoast SEO. Could you please take another look? I’d be available via mail if this needs to happen on my system e.g.

Hello – I have tried emailing you for support but no reply so please find some queries I’d be grateful of some help on:
1. I’d like to remove the right slide in menu for both desktop and mobile
2. I’m having an issue on one page which I believe is caused by the cavani elementor gallery widget. Firstly I cannot use it for videos, and when used with static images it throws out the whole page on some layer, messing with the boundaries and the mouse graphic (https://klitterarti.com/creations/)
3. I’d like to edit to look of the menu – removing the background and making the text bold instead
