I’d like to be able to build my own header and footer in Elementor, but I’m having two issues:

First, the login button isn’t working, and I’d like to add it to my header.

Second, when I create my footer, I can’t add the mobile menu, which is in the footer.

Hello, I am starting to build my website; it is an ice cream machine rental website. I am using the bike rental demo template and will need your guidance concerning the booking form.

In my case, the user doesn’t enter the time themselves. They will have to choose from any of three options. I have three booking availability for each day that a user will have to choose from. Which

1. Morning until 2.30pm 2. 4.30 until 10pm 3. Day: all day or cross between 1 & 2

This means that once either 1 or 2 is booked, #3 becomes blocked out.

How do I customize the form and my calendar to meet this requirement? Can toy point to me any doc that explains this?

Hello, I am using the theme as well as the Bookingly addon. Here is my issue:

1. The Resources widget or function creates a dropdown select. I want it to be multiple select or checkbox or just like the Deposit widget/function.

I want the user to be able to select multiple resources instead of a drop down that forces them to select only one.

My support expired, but I’m having an issue with overbooking. I run an RV rental website and have all RV’s quantities marked as 1, but customers are able to book the same RV over the same dates, which creates a big problem. Any ideas?

Hi You can delete the existing plugin and then update the plugin. If you are facing any further issues, please open a support ticket so that our techcnical support team can check and respond back to you.

Hi It should not delete your settigns. But any issue may arise while updating the plugin. So we suggest you to create a staging site and update the pluign on the staging site first to see what isues you face and then take actions accrodingly.

Hello, I want to pay for this theme but I need a clarification.

I intend to use the theme and booking plugin to build an ice-cream machine rental website. I will not be accepting payment online. However, I need to be able to:

1. Allow users to choose available booking schedule for the machine and the total cost is shown to them with an instruction to pay via bank transfer within a timeframe. An invoice will be automatically generated and shown to them on the success page as well as email to them, with reminders.

2. Allow me to cancel bookings and reinstate blocked-out dates. For example, when a user fails to make the transfer, I can go back to my dashboard and cancel the booking.

3. Have a calendar that will allow me to block out dates when needed, allow for split booking within a day – so lets say 8-3pm and 4-10pm and then a whole day booking as well. Allow for selection of additional offers which will form part of the automatic invoice generation.

Hi Once the booking is confirmed, a booking confirmation email will be sent to user. Any other extra email you will need to do code customization.

I’m encountering the message “Your theme (Turbo Child) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.” even though I’ve updated everything to the latest version. Unfortunately, my support has expired, and I can’t contact the developers directly, while my booking system is currently blocked. In the past, I’ve had several issues every time an update was released—I find it absolutely absurd that a simple update ends up changing the container classes and completely dismantling the custom structure. For future updates, I ask that you no longer modify the classes; instead, create a separate new theme. Thank you.

On your demo, I see additionnal options to pay for (Categories, Ressources). It looks like those options are from the RnB – Extra Product Options Add-on. Do I need to purchase also this add-on or can it be done with the theme features? And can you confirm me that the features of Product Single Page Builder addon are included with the theme?

Hi category and resources are included in RNB if you need additional type then you will need the extra product addones. Turbo has single product page builder

Hi From the woocommerce settings> rnb settings> display tab you can disable locations.

Enable DateTime Fields
Show Pickup Date
Show Pickup Time
Show Drop-off Date
Show Drop-off Time

It doesn’t show any options for locations.
