Hi I just want to make you aware of a WP Bakery issue. Not sure it this is within WP Bakery itself or if there is a clash with the theme and WP Bakery. If you use front end and change the title text in Section Title the title isnt visible whrn you press save. You can only see the title again after pressing update and go out from the edit mode. Then the changed text is all of a sudden visible.
This makes it abit hard to work in as you dont see your changes until you save, update and leave edit mode.

Hello, I see that the color watchers in the product page are not selectable from tab keyboard, this make the page NOT compliant with the WCAG 2.1 AA that will be mandatory on 28 june 2025. Do you have a fix for this?

Try to apply a patch #650497 to fix this. You can do this in WoodMart -> Patcher.

Perfect well done, works, now you should make a patch to make selectable the image gallery in product page as well, because like the color watchers before, it is not selectable by Tab and not WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.

I’m using the latest version of the theme, 8.1.1, and I’ve installed and activated all patches. When I create a product archive page (using Gutenberg), the hover effects on product cards only work in a few specific modes. I’m referring to the tooltips.

I tested with a fresh installation of the theme, disabled all other plugins except WooCommerce and Woodmart Core, and cleared the cache.
I also tested on a clean browser, and the issue only occurred on the product archive page created with Gutenberg. When I disabled the archive, the problem was resolved.

In the category filter, the selected category option is not removed. The non-working element has the class “selected-value” (“wd-pf-title” -> “wd-pf-results” -> “selected-value”). If you click the cross, the selected category is not removed and the filter is not reset. In the “Sort By” filter, deleting the selected sort option works fine. Please fix this in future updates. (You don’t see me as “Purchased”, due to some payment restrictions I bought your Theme through another person. If in doubt I can provide the purchase code.)

Please do not pay attention that the names of the categories do not correspond to the products. These products and categories were added for testing the site.
We tested this on our end and it works without any issues. It looks like something is wrong with your website.
I tested this category filter again and found out that it resets only if the last level category is selected. That is, if the parent category has a subcategory, then the reset will only work for the subcategory, but not for the parent category. Let me explain in more detail. Let’s say there is a category with two levels of subcategories – Clothing -> Outerwear -> Jackets. In this case, the filter reset will work if the “Jackets” subcategory is selected. The filter reset will not work if “Clothing” or “Outerwear” is selected. If the parent category does not have subcategories, then the filter reset will also work.
And by the way, it seems to me that if you click on a category that is not the last level, it works as a category selection, and not as a filter reset.
Yes, I checked again. If the selected category is not the last one, then if you click it to reset the filter, it works like selecting a category in the filter dropdown. I realized this because after clicking it, a notification appears that nothing was found in this category (since I did not add products for the selected category). Please test the category filter on my site – https://treede.ru/. Select a parent category in the filter that has subcategories, and then try to reset the filter.

In the “Blog” element you built for for WP Bakery, if you “Narrow data source” to a specific category (for example, say you want the blog section to only show “featured” posts), if there are no posts in that category, the blog will show “all” categories. This is a bug. It should say “there are no posts in this category” instead. No need to reply, this is just an attempt to be helpful by informing you of the bug.

This error occurs when the Abandoned cart-Enable cart recovery function is enabled, when the basket recovery function is disabled, everything starts working properly.
Try to reinstall the original theme files downloaded from ThemeForest to see if the patch affects this somehow or not.
Unfortunately, updating the theme did not work, the slider does not work on the entire site when the restore abandoned baskets option is enabled, after disabling the option, the error disappears and the site is working properly.
