Hello! Is it possible to transfer all data (listings) from already existing website? Also, I have map with pins connected to listing… will this be possible to transfer and adjust? My question is actually if there is a way to test this on staging site before purchase?

It’s possible but there is some work, you would need to export those listings in a csv file and then import them in MyListing using the wp all import plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-import/
You can transfer locations of a listing too, you just need the coordinates and address in the csv file
We don’t have a testing admin demo unfortunately

Just a couple of presale questions if all ok as your theme looks pretty perfect for what we need!
Will be doing an Artist Directory website for local artists and just a couple of questions to see if the directory site can do what we need 
1. Is it possible to hide images on a listing until they the person signs in (rest of listing will be shown) 2. Can someone sign up and register and pay every 3 months or cancel after 3 months? 3. Can there be 2 different users, 1 who can sign up and pay and have their own listing, and another who can sign up for free, have no listing but just view them all once signed in? 4. Can the user who has signed up amend their listing (add images / text etc)

1. MyListing doesn’t have this feature, you would need membership plugins to achieve this
2. You mean like a membership payment? The answer would be the same as no.1
3. There can be two user type roles, one of them can add listings and the other can only view them.
4. Yes, they can claim a listing (if they haven’t added it themselves) and edit that listing
Pre-Sale Question
When enabling the feature to allow listings owners to create/add products, a third-party plugin is needed, correct?
I would like to know: would they need to register twice as well? One time for the listing package and one time to be able to add their shop products?
Or do they only have to sign up for a listing package once, and the product/shop feature will be available to them?

1. Yes, if you want to allow users to create their own woocommerce products you would need a vendor plugin
2. They only need to register once, when they register they would have the option to register as a vendor

Hi, can the restaurant menu be categorized? Are all dishes listed under the menu title alone, or can items be added under different categories such as starters, appetizers and main?
Are we not table to edit or customize the single listing page template? I assumed we would be able to use elementor on the template to edit the page

For listing page you can’t use elementor unfortunately, you can customize the listing page in the listing type editor on backend

For the booking part you would need a booking plugin too, the theme on itself doesn’t have a booking functionality

I know it is possible to get the related listings as a list.

1. I will need to install this theme to subdomain first for creation the directory, because we have our directory live now. And then I’ll move it to main domain. Is it possible with this license? I will not face any problems?

2. You can create a new category or listings type. Listing page would be similar to those you see in our demos (you can remove and add the content blocks you want)
how much traffic can handle this theme ?

There isn’t any limit on traffic, that would depend on the host you use. If you mean number of listings it can support then up to 100k listings it would work well. Over that I’d recommend using other solutions e.g. our other theme Voxel https://getvoxel.io/
Pre-order Questions:
1. Is there a place where I can see what plugins are used within this theme and what other plugins are compatible? I would like to use bbPress on the site along with other plugins and want to make sure it’s compatible.
2. How customizable are the side menu?
3. Are all features included or would some features require the purchase of premium plugins in order to be like in the demo?
4. Are there a demo account you can login with on the demo site in order to check the “add listing” and other features?

I would like to know if this theme works without the “PRO” versions and still looks like the demo showcased.
Things like the following: Elementor Pro ($60-$90/yr) WC Vendors Pro ($199/yr) WooCommerce Subscription ($232/yr) ACF Pro ($49/yr)
Just to mention a few of what seems to be implemented in the theme. If these functions are not included for the functions to work (like in the demo), this should be mentioned within the description.
So I would like to know exactly what to expect if buying this theme and what costs would be extra on top of the theme price in order to make it work like in the demos.

The reason I’m asking is because I can’t seem to find anything on this? In some previous reviews you claim that the demo is a complete solution, but from what I can tell some of the features in your main demo (business hours and so on) are only available in the WC Vendor Pro and not Free version?
I just want to confirm what is actually possible within this theme without paying for extra premium plugins.

1. We don’t have any site to showcase plugins however vast majority of plugins will work with the theme including bbPress
2. Which site menu do you mean? And what type of customization do you need?
3. All the features that are mentioned here which can also be seen in our demos are included in the theme. You only need Elementor (free version), Woocommerce and if you use contact form we recommend CF7
4. We don’t have a demo for admin access unfortunately
5. All the Po plugins you mentioned have been tested and work well with the theme but are not required to achieve the advertised features of MyListing

New feature for the next theme update: We need to have a way to limit the number of items in the restaurant menu. If this is not possible, the listing may have very long lists of products within the restaurant menu. Thanks for your attention.

I hope you are doing well. I’m currently working on a project using a different listing theme to create a platform for educational service providers in Jordan, including schools, universities, colleges, and freelance teachers. etc…
I would like to request access to a demo of the admin dashboard to explore its features and assess its suitability for my project. Additionally, I have some custom requirements and would like to know if they can be implemented with MyListing:
Separate Categories in the Admin Menu:
Instead of adding all listings from the same section, I would like each type of provider (schools, universities, etc.) to have a separate menu item in the dashboard for easier management. Custom Filters for Each Category:
For schools: A filter based on the curriculum type they follow (e.g., IB, British, American, etc.). For universities: A filter based on their global ranking. Other custom filters specific to each type of educational provider. Would it be possible to achieve these customizations within MyListing, either through built-in options or custom development? I’d love to hear your thoughts on the best way to approach this.
Calendar and table views are on each listing page, which we can fill out when content is entered.

It’s disappointing that, according to customer support, customers can’t create and customize their own pricing plan pages. This seems like a basic feature, yet it’s more complicated than it should be. Locking the pricing step into the listing flow limits flexibility, which feels restrictive for a theme that promotes customization. Are there any workarounds or plans to improve this?
