Hi, I have a question regarding a flagged review. If someone has flagged a review how is admin notified? I know you can see it from a dashboard, but will admin get an email as well?

Please note that whenever someone reports a review, a red dot will appear on the Flag option in the admin dashboard. This red indicator notifies you that there is a new report that needs your attention.

Please note that we offer multiple designs for the Listings Archive page. To change the layout, please follow these steps:

Go to Admin Dashboard > Theme Options > Listings > Listings Archive View From there, you can select the Grid Layout where the user profile is displayed.

Two bugs that are annoying. First, when you add text to a listing description, it doesn’t add paragraph spaces. You have to double the lines and then it shows a space, but when you edit it, it will go back to no spaces. Secondly, it’s an issue when you add open times to midnight. It wants to say that’s it’s two days and it doesn’t allow you to complete all of the days. It’s a real issue.

Another bug. When you use listing detail page Style 5, it will not show the lead form on the page. When you change the style, it will work.

Hello, Does YellowPro have the ability to add other types aside from businesses. For example create a Job Opening Listing with different specific to Job openings which are different to business. I.e. can there be different fields or form for each category or type of listing?

Hi I bought this theme some years ago and once again I am trying to use it. I do have some questions as to the the single Listing Detail page which seems a bit dated and limited in design.

1. How do I add a gallery in the content area? I am only seeing the ability to add a gallery as a banner at the top. Can I add a gallery within the content area?

2. How do I add video within the content area that will show a preview image and not a close unnoticeable box as it is right now.

3. How do I use Elementor to change the layout of the Single Detail Listing Page? I do not see any option to do so.

4. How do I centered the content area if i do not want a side bar. I see in the theme option you can remove items but that do not centered the content area.

Are there any way to add Skip the Dishes and Doordash to the online ordering?

Also, I do not see anywhere on the listing where the online ordering can be seen

Just a couple of presale questions if all ok before we buy another license.

We Will be doing an Artist Directory website for local artists and just a couple of questions to see if the directory site can do what we need :)

1. Is it possible to hide images on a listing until they the person signs in (rest of listing will be shown) 2. Can someone sign up and register and pay every 3 months or cancel after 3 months? 3. Can there be 2 different users, 1 who can sign up and pay and have their own listing, and another who can sign up for free, have no listing but just view them all once signed in? 4. Can the user who has signed up amend their listing (add images / text etc)

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to hide images or apply conditional logic through the current theme functionality. If this is something you really need, it would require custom development. You may consider hiring a developer, or you can contact our custom development team at wpvender.com. They’ll be happy to assist you further with this.

Please note that ListingPro is a business directory theme. Users typically pay to publish listings, and you can create different listing plans with custom durations as per your needs. However, signup/sign-in is completely free—there is no paid membership required for that.

Yes, each registered user is assigned the Subscriber role by default. They can sign up and add listings, or choose not to—it’s entirely up to them.

Yes, if a user signs up and adds a listing through their account, they can edit their listing anytime. They simply need to open their listing and scroll to the bottom where they’ll find the “Edit Listing” option. Alternatively, they can go to User Dashboard > Listings to make changes.

I created a menu and assigned it as Top Bar Menu but it’s not showing. My theme is freshly-installed and updated so I’m at odds of what’s going on.

Ia there any way to publish/approve listings without actually editing them, and can you add listing manually to a paid plan?

Okay. I want people to pay for the plan. But if I want to give someone a free trial or give them a few months for free. It’s nice to have the option to change the plan on my end. It may be useful in an upcoming update

Please note that when you change the plan, you’ll need to consider how the payment will be collected. As mentioned earlier, we’ve provided instructions on how to change the plan from the backend—you can enable this option as needed.

Additionally, you can create a free plan with a specified duration. Once that period ends, the listings will automatically expire, and users will be required to pay to republish their listings.

Yes we do have WhatsApp option, please go to your admin dashboard/theme options/ listings/ listing submit and edit/here you can enable the WhatsApp feature.

Then while adding a listing you can add WhatsApp number on your listing visitors can contact. You can submit different number for each listing.
