Hello, I just purchased the license.
I need to start my project quickly, but when I want to activate the theme by entering my license code via the panel, I get the following error: “Failed to validate code due to an error: HTTP 403”.
I read in the comments that other customers have the same problem as me, but since you haven’t fixed the problem after a long time, I wanted to write it too.

You just asked about product photos lazy loading, not the archive items. Anyway, lazy loading pagination could be disabled or changed to a default one in the Theme Settings > Shop > Pagination.

There is an old bug when using elementor and ohio together in blog posts. When editing a post with elementor, if you use more than one section it will create uneven spacings between h2,h3,h4,h5,h6 and the best bellow it.

after the latest updates we have a conflict between the ohio extra plugin and the elementor plugin that does not allow the loading of widgets. Using wp-backery the error does not appear. Checking with the goole console it seems that it is a conflict in the js asset that generates this error:

The website is already set up and working. I have also imported demo content into it several times. Currently, it is set to ‘coming soon’ because I wanted to set up some demo content, but it isn’t offering me that option. We see from your screenshot that you have an outdated interface of the theme settings. That means that you should get the latest versions of Ohio theme, Ohio Extra, and Ohio Importer plugins to have an option to install all the demo templates.
Can you specify which version of the mentioned plugins you are running on your WP installation?

Hello, is it possible to set (on mobile) the “You may also like” or “Related productos” sections on product page to appear as a CAROUSEL?
This allows for easier navigation and finger swiping, a better user experience. Since being in GRID format, it takes up more space on the screen when more than 4 visible products are required.

Since I updated the theme to the latest version, I’ve been having an issue with Elementor — the option to adjust the container width no longer works. Elementor Pro is up to date (3.28.1), as well as all the plugins used. I’ve also updated all the Ohio theme files (Extras, ACF, ...).
I deactivated all the plugins to check if any of them were causing the issue, but I didn’t find anything.
I switched to a default WordPress theme, and the option worked again with no issues. So, I deduce that the problem comes from the Ohio theme.
I don’t have this issue with the other websites I manage.

I just noticed that the sidebar on posts also doesn’t sit on the right side of the page, but below the post. From your WordPress dashboard navigate to Theme Settings > Custom CSS & JS and use the code below:
