The theme includes its own “Buy Now” button feature, but even when I disable it, the Stripe Express buttons still don’t show up. How can I fix this?

We found an incompatibility with this plugin, but our team quickly reviewed it and made it work. You just need to update the Themeasy plugin in your WordPress.
- From the WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins, deactivate and delete the Themeasy plugin.
- Go to Appearance > Install Plugins, then install and activate the Themeasy plugin again.
This will fetch the new version from our servers.

I have got Themeasy plugin Version 1.0.7 updated but in other website it doesn’t shows there is new version. it’s still 1.0.6

How can we create a url for filtered products like products price range from $5 to $20 OR products below $20 etc. Because unlike other themes you can not create qury parameters when we do filter to products. Please assist so I can take a call to purchase the theme or not

Objet : Problèmes d’affichage sur mobile – Page panier (Thème GoMax)

Je rencontre plusieurs problèmes d’affichage uniquement sur mobile sur la page panier de mon site WordPress avec le thème GoMax (Elementor n’est pas utilisé sur cette page).
Voici les soucis rencontrés :
Le texte “CODE PROMO : apparaît en vertical au lieu d’horizontal, et dépasse de l’écran. Je souhaite qu’il s’affiche en horizontal sous le bouton, avec une taille plus petite.
Le bouton “Avez-vous un coupon ?” est trop grand et déborde également sur mobile.
Les blocs de livraison (Colissimo et Mondial Relay) ont un cadre blanc qui dépasse.
Le nom du transporteur “Mondial Relay” est écrasé et illisible.
L’adresse de livraison affichée est trop grande et déborde ; je souhaite réduire la taille de cette police.
Plus globalement, plusieurs éléments dépassent ou s’alignent mal sur mobile (comme les boutons et les infos de livraison), alors que tout fonctionne parfaitement en version ordinateur.
J’ai tenté plusieurs correctifs CSS ciblés sur la page panier et en responsive, mais rien ne fonctionne, probablement à cause des styles propres au thème GoMax qui écrasent les personnalisations.
Je vous remercie par avance de votre aide pour corriger ces problèmes ou m’indiquer les fichiers du thème à modifier pour obtenir un affichage mobile propre et fonctionnel sur la page panier.

Hi, we haven’t tested this plugin with the theme, but the good news is that even though there are two buttons, it seems to be working fine.
You can simply remove the smaller button using CSS.
From your WordPress dashboard, go to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, and add this:
.product-buttons-wrapper ~ .product_type_customizable {
display: none;
}
This should solve the issue. Hope this helps!

The page saying “Ready to publish your first post?” indicates that a homepage hasn’t been set yet.
Here’s how to set a page as your homepage in WordPress:
- Go to Settings > Reading in your WordPress dashboard.
- Under the section “Your homepage displays”, select “A static page”.
- Then choose a page (for example, “Home” or “Homepage”) from the dropdown menu next to Homepage.
- Click Save Changes.

I am experiencing several issues with the theme:
When I enter the available product quantity, it does not appear on the product page.
When I add the color of a dress, the size is not displayed and cannot be selected by the user.
The image gallery keeps loading indefinitely, even after the image has been uploaded successfully.
The brand tags are not displayed on the product page.

Please take a look at the demos here and note that everything is working properly: https://gomax.themeasy.co/shop. Therefore, your website should work the same way. If something is not working, it is likely due to a non-recommended plugin that may be causing conflicts.
