Hello team i have purchased this theme for one of my customers and i have one question is it possible to show stock status somehow in shop pages before someone enters single product page? Like you show sale badge to be possible to display if items is out of stock ? Cause it does not work with woo hooks…Thanks

Hello, I would like to customize the product tabs on my single product pages. My goal is to remove all tabs and only keep the ‘Description’ tab. I found this guide: https://themeasy.co/help/how-to-set-up-custom-tabs-for-my-products-in-woocommerce/ However, the method it describes seems to be for setting tabs on a per-product basis. This is very inconvenient and time-consuming for me, as I want to apply this change to all my products at once. Is there a way to do this globally for all products, perhaps with a code snippet or a theme setting I’ve missed? I want to avoid editing each product individually. Thanks for your help!

You can revert to the default WooCommerce tabs by going to: Gomax Theme → WooCommerce → Product Tabs.

But if I understood correctly, you want to keep only the “Description” tab. In that case, simply remove the other tabs, as shown in this example: https://imgur.com/thpZ3t1

If you want to manage this globally, that’s exactly what Themeasy is made for. You can go to Elementor → Templates, create a template once, and then edit each product with Elementor by adding the shortcode to the desired tab.

Alternatively, you can also edit your products with Elementor and use the “Tabs” widget—or any other widget you prefer.

Try a few different approaches and explore the possibilities. You’ll certainly find what works best for your needs.

I installed it fresh. Both plugin and theme issue are still there!!.

Please check, even sometimes add to cart is not working either the scripts don’t load. This theme has so many bugs, please try to get hold of it. I have also given u full admin access please jump on this issue!!

Hello, Could you help me with the following issues.

Question 1: I’ve edited the “Shop-Style” page using Elementor. If I set the page’s slug to “shop”, it displays the default page at https://dreimind.com/shop/ instead of my edited page at https://dreimind.com/shop-style-10/.

Question 2: How can I edit the Header and the “Shop — Style 10” section on the Shop-Style page (https://dreimind.com/shop-style-10/)? I need to set the entire page background to black to match the style of the homepage.

This issue may occur if you import the demos before installing the required plugins, especially Elementor.

Hello, I have purchased your theme, but unfortunately, I am running into a problem due to my shared hosting limitations. My server’s max_execution_time is 360 seconds, and the max_input_time is also 360. I contacted my hosting provider, and they replied that on their current shared hosting environment, the maximum execution time is 360 seconds and this limit cannot be increased. I logged into your website and noticed that you performed multiple imports, which caused the pages to become duplicated and corrupted. This is not normal, and it should work correctly since your server meets the minimum requirements.

I kindly ask that you please do the following:

  • Essentially, undo these unsuccessful imports.
  • If you can completely reset the website to a clean installation, that would be even better (as long as there is no data you need to keep on this installation).
  1. Delete all the incorrectly imported pages (also empty the trash afterward).
  2. Do the same for Posts.
  3. Do the same for Portfolio.
  4. Go to Appearance > Menu and do the same — delete everything.
  5. Go to Gomax Theme > Global Sections and do the same — delete everything.

I also recommend reviewing your Products and deleting those you no longer need.

Once this is done, please let us know, and we will re-import the demo content for you with a guarantee that it will work correctly.

After the update, the Hero Slider block does not work correctly. On mobile devices, the image is displayed in full, and not cropped proportionally. Because of this, part of the side is simply displayed on a light background, and not on the background of the image. On a computer, everything works correctly, but on a smartphone it does not. I took a screenshot on a tablet where you can see what the problem is – https://imgur.com/a/ES6mjtz – on a smartphone the light strip is even larger. How to fix it?

Hello, I have another question.

Currently, the product cards do not display the product brand, and I couldn’t find an option to enable this.

This product does not have a “Brand” variation defined, which is why it does not appear, for example: https://gomax.themeasy.co/product/metcon-workout-shoes/. If you’d like to include a brand on any product, simply add it as an attribute, for example: https://imgur.com/QxlgdFM.

Good afternoon, I have a problem with displaying products and Ajax filter.

On a page, for example – https://noir.org.ua/aroma_home/, I have an Ajax Product Filter block on the left – a product grid on the right. The grid settings indicate that only products from the “Aroma” category should be displayed there, and they are displayed. However, when I select a filter, for example Brand – “Aroma Selective”, products from the “Aroma” category are displayed, Brand – “Aroma Selective”, and when I remove this filter, all products are displayed, not just from the “Aroma” category.

This is incorrect work, I hope you understand what I mean. How can I fix it?

Hi, I’m having trouble editing the homepage with Elementor on my website (norvik.group.com). The editor doesn’t load at all.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:

Deactivated all plugins except Elementor

Cleared both site and browser cache

Made sure Elementor is updated to the latest version

Confirmed that my server meets all requirements (PHP version, memory limits, etc.)

Despite this, I still can’t edit the homepage.

I’d really appreciate your support in finding out what’s causing the issue.

I earlier raised issue of price getting disappearing its ok but still a big issue so variation products when we click the correct variation it only shows range of price not like the exact correct price which is very bad. Also just let u know I had to remove the themeasy plugin and install again to get update with the theme update. Can you please resolve. One more issue is that product images don’t change with variations we have to add images in gallery not like variation image change, lot of issues!!!! PLEASE CHECK

1. Price showing as a range and not updating when selecting a variation: We have already fixed this, and you can check it here: https://gomax.themeasy.co/product/cropped-zipper-blouse/

To fix this on your site, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Plugins and deactivate and delete the Themeasy plugin.
  2. Go to Appearance > Install Plugins, then install and activate the Themeasy plugin again.

This will bring the new version of the plugin to your site.

2. Variation images: This is working fine, and of course, the image you add to a variation needs to be in the product’s image gallery because that’s where it is displayed. If you have suggestions about this, please send us an email at adm.codings@gmail.com with more details, and provide a scope of how you would like it to work.

So why didn’t it work on your site? Your server might have security restrictions blocking external requests, or there could be a missing PHP module.

So someone deselects the variation color lets say color or brand. price disappears and even when clicking back it does’nt show price and even add to cart is having issues. When importing the “Fashion” demos, the Landing Page 1 you mentioned will be included along with the other demo pages. For example: https://imgur.com/XE622q8

Importing all demo pages can be helpful, even if you only plan to use Landing Page 1. However, if you only need that specific page, we can send you the XML file—just email us at adm.codings@gmail.com to request it.
