Dear Merto Support Team,
I am using the Merto – Multipurpose WooCommerce WordPress Theme, and I am facing an issue with the TS Product Deals widget.
Issue Details: I have selected a specific category (Fashion) in the widget settings.
The category contains multiple in-stock and published products.
However, only one product appears in the Flash Deals section, even though I have set the limit to 6 products.
I have tried changing the product type (Recent, On Sale, etc.), but the issue remains the same.
I have cleared the WooCommerce transients and cache, regenerated Elementor CSS, and even tested in Safe Mode, but the problem persists.
What I Need Help With: How can I ensure that the TS Product Deals widget correctly displays all products from my selected category?
Is this a known bug, or is there any additional setting I need to adjust?
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need any further information.

Hello, I am having an issue with website: https://jldembroidery.com. I need the “shop by Categories” menu gone from deskptop and mobile. Are you able to instruct me on how to do this, or think you may be able to log in to the Wordpress and remove it? I can’t even figure out how to edit it. Dear Plugin Developer,
Every time I use the theme settings, the menu bar completely breaks. It switches to a blue color, and after that, I can’t edit anything anymore. Only a full reinstallation fixes the issue.

Sur mon site, j’ai configuré une option de livraison gratuite à partir de 80€ d’achats. Cependant, je rencontre un problème. Lorsque le panier ne contient pas suffisamment d’articles pour atteindre 80€, le message suivant s’affiche : “Ajoutez X€ au panier et bénéficiez de la livraison gratuite”. Mais dès que le montant atteint 80€, le message change pour “Ajoutez -X€ au panier et bénéficiez de la livraison gratuite”, ce qui est incorrect.
Pouvez-vous m’aider à résoudre ce problème afin que le message affiche correctement la livraison gratuite lorsque le montant requis est atteint, sans mentionner un montant négatif ?

Hi Please my ticket hasn’t be attended to you guy has poor services. I bought this theme since January till now i can’t used it. I have sent support ticket twice yet nothing has be done.
Themeforest should remove this them because isn’t working. Everyone that bought has one complain of the other.

Issue with Auto-Update in Shopping Cart
Hi Team,
In the shopping cart section of the theme, when increasing the product quantity using the ”+” button, the price does not update automatically. Instead, we have to manually click “UPDATE CART” for the changes to reflect.
Could you please enable auto-update functionality so that the price updates dynamically when the product quantity is increased?

Issue with Product Size Not Displaying on Product Detail Page

I have added product sizes under Attributes in the Electronics theme, but they are not appearing on the product detail page. Could you please advise or help resolve this issue?
Also I have selected “Variable Product” in “Product Data” section but result is “This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.” in details page. please give solution for this
