We are trying to update WPBakery Visual Composer from 8.3.1 to 8.6.1 according to the theme install plugins and it is not doing anything. How can we update this plugin that is bundled with the theme? Also, how to update Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder from 3.19.15 to 3.21.2?
Hi there. You have to deactivate and delete plugin. After Appearance-> Install plugins and install plugins again. You will get the latest versions

I fixed it, thanks. I did submit a ticket for something else. I deleted 3 plugins I do not need ( events calendar, woocommerce, instagram feed) and copied the contact page. The page went blank, back end works but nothing shows on the front end.

How do you disable the retina crap with this theme without affecting the mobile menu and why does your live demo show a mobile menu is disarray? For $69 bucks I would expect way more.

Your theme constantly changes images into @2x retina images which really isn’t necessary anymore. Dequeing that removes the mobile menu icon for some reason and we don’t see any way to turn off retina. Also, have you viewed your live demo on here lately?

So you realized from the ticket that it wasn’t the theme. Why did you need ftp and wp-admin access if you do support via ticket. In the 15 days that we are now discussing here, have you been on the site or in the admin area once? And why is the error message because of the old WooCommerce compatibility. I use a number of templates for customers here and this error message only occurs to you. Program your template properly or take it off the market here

Hi, The theme is version 4. I tried to update the PHP to 8 and it crashed the site. When I stepped it back to 7.4, it all came back up.

Hi – I’ve been using SuperOwly for years with no issue outside of this team members glitch. Is there any documentation around the team members feature?
