This theme is very bad documented!!!!

I purchased this theme a long time ago, and I’m trying to reset my license for a new domain. The test domain I had it on was deleted a few years ago. How do I go about doing that? I don’t think I need to pay for support for something this simple, right?

Because honestly, I don’t see why I should spend $23, which is more than half the actual theme cost, just to change the domain. There should be an option to log into your support portal and simply hit a reset button for the theme, domain, or whatever. There should be some type of licensing system for this specific task. It’s 2025, Just Saying.

I am experiencing the following errors:

​1. When I import the demo content from sass-app, no images are imported. I investigated the issue and found the file has outdated URL. It is using https://themexriver.com/appilo-theme/saas-app/wp-content when it seems like the correct URL is https://themexriver.com/wp/appilo/saas-app/wp-content.

2. I get the errors below even after correct the URL. And, I find the main menu and footer both do not work.,

Hi, I recently purchased the Appilo WordPress theme from ThemeForest. After installing the theme and required plugins, I tried to activate the license using the purchase code. However, when I click the activation button, nothing happens — no success or error message appears.

Here’s what I’ve already tried:
  • Verified the purchase code is correct
  • Installed and activated all required plugins (including Appilo Core)
  • Disabled all other plugins to rule out conflicts
  • WordPress is up to date

Please advise on how I can resolve this. I also tried reaching out to your support channel, but i can’t submit a ticket. It says ” Sorry, that purchase code is for a different Envato product”. Does this mean the purchase code indicated in my license certificate is incorrect ? For your assistance, please.

How to fix this error? You would save yourself a lot of trouble if you included in the answers how to solve recurring problems for future customers with the same issues. Now I have to wait for days while someone from support helps.

Hi, how do you remove/hide the floating basket/widget on the lower right portion?

This template is full of bugs, components and styles fail, the performance is poor, they fix it and it fails after a short time. I have requested a refund and it has still not been fulfilled. The worst thing is that they are not able to realize that at this moment I have a site down because of their style errors, and they continue to argue that the performance of the template is not their responsibility, even more so when the template is totally broken, it is a blank page with texts in html, without design, images, animations, nothing, a page made by a 10 year old child in the 90s.
