When I activated theme with new demo, I am getting error for appilio_core plugin.
Also, when I tried to check in recovery mode, I got error – “Error: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend”.
By the way, one of good theme on themeforest which I purchased.

We had purchased this theme a few months back and had faced major issues. Whenever we imported a new demo, all our development works used to get wiped off. We had to build our website for the third time because of this major issue.
We were receiving support from a person named Rasel, once we informed this issue to him, he had promised us extended support.

We need a quick response on this, we have suffered a lot buying this theme. We had to triple pay our developers, wasted a lot of our time, resource and other damages. We need compensation for our losses and also the money we paid for this theme.
The theme demos were so good but the support and major bugs have ruined this .

Are you paying Rasel for any support?
No, we aren’t paying anything extra but support was already included in the pack and it expired on December 31st. Since we had a major issue with a theme, Rasel had promised us additional 6 months support as compensation after discussing with his team. Now, we aren’t able to send any support messages to him. We tried editing, liking our previous support hoping that he’ll notce and reply but unfortunately we haven’t received till date.

We’re escalating this issue to the consumer court now, since we haven’t received a response from anywhere.

Moreover, we were not given all the solutions to our problems in the message of which you’ve attached a screenshot. Since you’re telling me that you’ve given solutions to all the issues. I am posting the issues here in public for everyone to see and decide. You’re lying on my face. This is really bad.

Please confirm that you’ve read our previous message completely and “I saw our support person already replied to you.” Is your ultimate response to it. Also, clarify here that whatever issues I have stated above are nothing to do with the developer or your theme issue. We need these statements here as our next response. We’re not going to waste a minute more of our time hereafter that. Everything will go on record. The losses we’re bearing, the business we’re losing since we haven’t started marketing our website due to its incompleteness. Everything will be added to the lawsuit. You guys have wasted a lot of our time.
We need clear statements from your side here. Do not boot around the bush. Just straight answers.

The last reply as support I’ve received was on the last day of my support i.e the day my support was ending on 31st December. After that, I’ve received only one message which stated what support you provide and what doesn’t cover under your support policy. As if I didn’t know them. And also you sent that because I came here and started complaining publicly. You didn’t give a simple reply to solve our issue. Have some shame when you lie here.

Since this header is not designed for this template, we want to use a different header here, so kindly import all demo headers for us and give us elementor access to it. Since the beginning we weren’t able to add header from our side, the developer had to add it. One more big issue of this theme.
There are many more issues on web and phone view. We want everything resolved. Rely to me on these issues. Don’t drag this another way, it’s going to be very bad. You can see yourself what position you’re standing in and the proofs we have. It’s high time for you to resolve all these and give us additional support as promised due to your theme issues.
we have fixed that was our theme issue. But the rest of your issue was related to your theme customization. So, Please let me know if our themes not working. We will obviously fix it. But please don’t tell me any customization work. Our support team informed me, he already did lots of customization work for you.
We are not asking you to do any customization issues, we just want the theme issues to be fixed. We’re facing a lot of issues while using our site on desktop and phone. Fix those and we’re good to go. We had faced major issues in the beginning, that is the reason Rasel accepted to provide our extended support after talking to your team. We’ve suffered a lot financially, mentally etc with this. We had to double spend on developing with this theme. We got frustrated because we weren’t able to send new support messages even after the support personally accepted to provide us extended support for 6 months after acknowledging the theme issues.
Kindly enable support for us asap so that we can communicate the issues we are facing.
