Thanks for reaching out! Yes, you can use the same purchase code to register your theme on the new domain. Before doing that, please disable the license on the old website and remove the theme from that installation to avoid any activation conflicts.

I’ve really enjoyed using the theme and my site overall, but I’m running into an issue with my shop page. My products keep disappearing randomly, and I can’t figure out why. This has been happening for months now. The only way I’ve been able to fix it is by restoring a backup, and then everything suddenly shows up again.

My support has expired, but I just wanted to check if this is a known issue or if you’ve come across it before, and if you could maybe help me look into it.

Thanks for reaching out! We’re not able to replicate this behavior in our development environment. It doesn’t appear to be a known theme issue, so I recommend checking the following:

1. Make sure the theme and all plugins are updated to their latest versions, including WooCommerce.

2. A plugin conflict is a common cause for products disappearing. Try temporarily disabling all plugins except KeyDesign Addon, WPBakery Page Builder, and WooCommerce. If the issue is resolved, re-enable the remaining plugins one by one to identify the problematic one.

3. If you’re using a child theme and have made custom edits to theme files or WooCommerce templates, please try switching back to the parent theme and test again. A customization in the child theme might be causing the behavior.

Question. I have added a logo in SVG format.

But when on mobile devices it is not SVG anymore, or at least it looks like that. It’s rather giving low quality JPEG vibes.

Is there a way that I can stop the theme doing this?

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your message. I’ve just checked your website, and the logo image displays correctly. Please note that the theme doesn’t convert the logo into a .jpeg or .png format; it remains an .svg file.

The only CSS limitation applied on mobile devices is a max-height: 47px setting. This ensures the logo doesn’t exceed the navbar height and keeps the layout consistent.

If you’d like to adjust this value, you can overwrite it with custom CSS. If you’re not sure how to do that, please open a support ticket and we’ll be happy to assist you.

I must have been tired when typing this. But the problem was the original being too small to start with. Sorted now. Thanks… ;)

Got to love the theme! Just have one persistent issue with typography that I cant get resolved.

I want the whole website to be a specific font. When trying to change this in the “Theme Options” section under “General Fonts” some changes appear but not all.

I have tested to see what sections change using a different font color and then notice that the font has not been picked up and keeps getting overridden by the default theme font;

h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, #logo .logo { font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; }

In the inspector I then see that the font I selected is “Invalid Property Value”.

.container h2, #popup-modal .modal-content h2 { font-weight: 300; INVALID PROERTY VALUE font-family: Source Sans 3; }

Can you please help me out with this specific conflict? Is it a separate setting in WPBakery?

hello i have a big issue with the theme. when i do demo import it only imports the main pages. I want to have access to the blocks / elements pages but they are not imported. How can I import these pages so that I can use elements like the process block etc

Hi, thanks for your message! The elements and block pages you see on the demo are not included in the demo data import, they are shown only for demo purposes. All these blocks are already available with the theme Template Blocks Library. You can find more details on how to access and use the library here.

I suddenly noticed on mobile the images on certain sections look out of proportion. All the faces are really long. I think that happened after an update as I tested all screen sizes before it went life. Can you check?

The theme must embrace Elementor as the alternative page builder. WPBakery is not as popular as it once used to be. My dev team and many of the clients these day prefer Elementor over WPBakery. I wanted to buy more licence, but this has now become a limiting factor.

The Sway theme is explicitly built with WPBakery Page Builder and is not compatible with Elementor. Unfortunately, migrating the entire theme to another builder, such as Elementor, would be quite complex and is not supported.

We recently purchased the Sway theme for one of our client projects. Unfortunately, after installation and a detailed evaluation, we found the theme to be outdated and not aligned with modern development or performance standards. It is still built on WPBakery Page Builder, which lacks the flexibility and optimization needed for today’s web requirements.

We are a professional digital marketing agency, and website speed, SEO readiness, and Google Ads compatibility are essential for our operations. After testing the theme, we noticed extremely poor loading speeds, which directly affects user experience and ad performance. We have also taken screenshots of the website speed test results as evidence of the performance issues.

The demo was visually promising, but the backend experience and overall functionality were disappointing. We have already removed the theme from our setup and will not be using it for any client work.

We respectfully request the author to process a full refund, and recommend updating or auditing this theme to better meet current standards and marketplace expectations.

Will the language dropdown selector show when using TranslatePress?

When using TranslatePress, the language dropdown selector won’t appear automatically just by installing the plugin. You’ll need to configure the language switcher from the plugin settings and choose where you want it to appear.

We wanted to add a language selection field in the header menu, but unfortunately the version with drop-down languages (select) doesn’t work. Only one language is displayed. When we set it to display all the languages in a line, it does display, but the menu is not displayed. For now we use the menu at the bottom of the page, but it is not a good solution. Can you correct this or do we have to do it on our own?

Could you please let me know which plugin you’re using to translate your website (e.g., WPML, Polylang, TranslatePress, etc.)?

If the dropdown selector is added at the end of your main menu, it should display correctly in most cases. I recommend double-checking its placement in the menu settings to ensure it’s positioned correctly. Sometimes, theme styling or conflicting elements can also affect how it displays.

Hi, is there a way to disable the animations site-wide? Like have the whole page show at the same time instead of when you first scroll to a given section of the page.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a global option to disable all animations at once. Animations can only be disabled individually at the element level.

What should I do if I accidentally activated the license on the wrong domain? The required domain has not yet been purchased (we did not have time to choose) and in order not to waste time, we started making a site on a test domain, activating the license there. Is it possible to somehow fix this by changing the domain for the license? Envato tech support is not responding yet, and the working project is idle.

You can use the same purchase code on both your temporary and future live domains. However, when you’re ready to move the site to the live domain, please open a support ticket here, and we’ll manually update the activation logs for your purchase code.
