I purchased this theme twice for two different websites, and both sites are now infected with viruses. Please be aware that these themes contain malware.
I am a web designer and have built many websites, and the only ones that have ever been infected are those using this template. This has caused me serious damage, because I now have to rebuild the websites and purchase other themes.
I am requesting a full refund for both themes.

Drag’n’drop function provides great flexibility of settings and shortcode options. Shortcodes can be easily added, edited and rearranged. Our visual content composer allows to place any shortcode/section to any part of the content area. You can modify content according to your requirements.
We haven’t tested Elementor plugin functioning with the theme and thus can’t guarantee its compatibility, appreciate your understanding.

Good morning, I purchased your theme and I’m using it for one of my client’s sites. I would need to remove the logo that is displayed by default in the mobile version. I tried removing the image from the “Choose your website logo image for small resolutions in header default.” but it is replaced. Is there an option in the theme to disable this logo display in the mobile version? Thanks for the information

On a website, my client used Hotel LUX Version: 1.1.1. And when I click on the Content Composer button for editing the website content, it doesn’t; happen anything and we’re able to edit our website. In case you’ve modified the theme files your customization won’t be used when the theme is updated though if you’ve added your custom codes to the appropriate fields via WordPress admin panel or in case you use a child theme, theme update won’t influence these modifications.
If you’ve modified the theme files it is recommended to back up the theme version you use so that you can move your customization to the updated theme version.
Theme update won’t influence the content you added – there will be no need to add content or set fonts/colors once again.

Thanks for your reply. The last question- when your theme version was 1.3.2, then what was the WordPress version? I mean, we want to downgrade our WordPress version so that the outdated theme works with the outdated WordPress version.

It is strongly recommended to always use the latest theme, plugins’ and WordPress versions in order to avoid any issues with your site functioning. We should note that we can’t guarantee outdated theme version correct functioning, neither can we guarantee the theme correct functioning when outdated WordPress version is used.

If my client would not want to use your booking but use his own, which is implemented with a simple banner, are the room pages editable at will or are they pre-set pages to which you can only enter data? Something goes wrond with the FORM BUILDER: I can’t see the form builder editor, the options in the builder are disappeared; I can see and select only the name of the forms that I have but can’t see the options below to modify the forms

When editing : ROOMS > TAB > Room Services , the editor give me a list of Shortcode and not a visual editor.

The part of content you mentioned is created with help of the Tabs/Tour shortcode.
Tabs/Tour shortcode (as well as Featured block, Icon Box, Quote and Toggles / Accordion shorcodes) allows to insert shortcode inside another shortcode.
When a shortcode is included inside another shortcode, it is displayed as a piece of code, it’s a normal behavior. When Tabs/Tour shortcode is created you can easily add all needed information using Content composer shortcodes.

As far as I see you’re using an outdated theme version – please update the theme in order to avoid possible issues with its functioning. The current theme version (1.1.8) is available for download on Themeforest.
To update the theme download the zip-archive with the theme on your computer, unzip it and upload the new theme version on your server (please make sure there are no nested folders such as hotel-lux/hotel-lux). I recommend you to rename the theme version you used previously (for example name the theme folder “hotel-lux-old”), in such a case this theme version will be backed up at your server.
Besides don’t forget to update plugins as it is noted on the WordPress admin panel after the theme is updated.
Sometimes there is also a need to deactivate the theme and activate it again to make all changes that were implemented function correctly.
Please note that you might need to clear your browser’s cache in order to see the changes.
Another way is to update the theme automatically. To update the theme automatically you should use the Envato Market plugin. After activating the plugin, click on the “Envato Market” icon from the left sidebar. To generate your Global OAuth Personal Token click on this link https://account.envato.com/sign_in?to=envato-api and login using your Envato Market login details. Please copy & paste your unique token into the Envato settings inside your WordPress dashboard and click on “Save Changes”. Once you have configured this properly, you will see a screen where you can install or update your already purchased plugins & themes.
Please note that in case you modified the theme files (theme code) and update the theme via Envato Market plugin changes that you implemented will be lost because the new theme version will overwrite the theme version you use at the moment.
