Please make sure you are using the updated Vaximo Toolkit v3.6.
Go to Dashboard → Plugins and check whether the toolkit version matches the theme version (v3.6).
If the toolkit is an older version, you’ll need to update it to the latest version.

- To add a footer background image, go to Theme Options → Footer.

- Delete the existing Vaximo Toolkit plugin from the dashboard Plugins
- Reinstall the Vaximo Toolkit to get the latest version(v3.4)

Hi,
I migrated my site to a new domain and need to deregister my key from the old domain in order to apply it on my new domain.
I find it rather suspicious that your theme forces me to purchase a $50 subscription because of a function that is not working.
I cannot deregister the key due to error: cURL Error #:Failed to connect to api-staging.envytheme.com port 443 after 2 ms: Couldn’t connect to Server.
Ticket was opened, awaiting reply.
Why do you not make this issue that seems everyone is having available to the public. To log a case for the same issue seems futile.
How do I get this fixed please?

I have sent several emails to you with no resolution response. This should be a simple fix. The CURL cannot reach your server to deregister the key. I have confirmed PHP and CURL running with screenshots from the ISP. Gave you backend Admin access that you requested – which I feel is a poor request and approach to resolve. Either way, not the type of support I expected. How do we fix this?

I need a clarification for the given terms in your license
“This license is a “single application” license and not a “multi-use” license, which means that you can’t use the Item to create more than one unique End Product.”
Does that mean if I can create subdirectory site paths for my application reusing the same theme but different language content. For example
https://example.net/pl – uses the same theme but content will be in polish https://example.net/de – uses the same theme but content will be in german https://example.net/en – uses the same theme but content will be in englishlikewise in 20 different languages.
