I purchased your theme “[ARCH HUB]” via ThemeForest on [2025-04-07 08:31:25 UTC], and I have been unable to register it properly despite following all installation steps.
I contacted your support on [2025- 04-07 10:38] but haven’t received any reply yet. This lack of communication is unacceptable considering that support was included in the purchase. The ongoing delay is affecting my work and deadlines.
If I don’t receive a response within [e.g. 24 hours], I will be forced to escalate this issue to Envato support and formally request a refund due to lack of support and a non-functional product.

I’m experiencing an issue with displaying my Portfolio in Elementor while using the LiquidThemes theme. Here’s the situation:
1️⃣ Portfolio Style is Locked on “Custom”
In the theme settings (Portfolio > Settings), the Portfolio Style option is locked on “Custom”, and I can’t select any other styles. This might be due to a theme restriction or a specific configuration, but I can’t find a way to change it. 2️⃣ Portfolio Images Are Not Displaying Properly in Elementor
I have created portfolio items and added images (featured image + gallery), but they are not displaying as expected in the Liquid Portfolio List widget in Elementor. Only the featured image appears, whereas I want to display a full gallery. 3️⃣ Missing Data in Elementor
In the “Portfolio List” widget settings, the Data Source option is limited to “Posts”, and I can’t select “Portfolio”. The “Narrow Data Source” field shows no results when I try to filter by portfolio category.

I hope this message finds you well. We are buying your theme but first i wanted to confirm the process for importing multiple demo pages. Specifically, we would like to understand if it’s possible to import individual demo pages from different demos without overriding the existing imported pages.
For example, if we import one demo page, can we subsequently import other demo pages and maintain the content and structure of the previously imported ones?

Can this theme be used for a design portfolio or is only for Architecture
It is entirely up to you what you use the theme for. 
Our demos are mostly architecture-oriented, but you can design your own site.

HI, when we update ArcHub to the latest version the warning “ArcHub Elementor Addons” requires “ArcHub or ArcHub Child” theme to be installed and activated continues to appear. even if the plugin is installed and active and the site is no longer functional. We have tried disabling the cache, security plugins and activating/deactivating the child theme but the bug persists. WP is updated to the latest version. We are then forced to restore the site by uploading the backup. thanks

Hi, I’ve discovered a bug while using the ArcHub Theme. When resizing the browser window between desktop and mobile views, I’ve noticed there’s a brief point where neither menu is displayed. This issue can be consistently reproduced by adjusting the browser width. I wanted to bring this to your attention for review.

Looks like something with the update, changed animations from the Liquid headers to split character text, also is the Onpage SEO affected if in the view source these titles are not seen as normal h1, there is alot of code for each letter.
