If you want to allow users to create their own products then you need a vendor plugin too
I’ve created a Free package that allows 1 listing. However, when someone purchases this package, they’re able to create a listing — and then create another one using the same package, even though the limit is set to 1 listing.
If I disable repeat purchases, users can’t create a new listing at all if they delete their existing one.
Ideally, the behavior should be: users can have a maximum of 1 active listing at a time. If they delete their current listing, they should be able to create a new one, but never have more than 1 active listing at once.
How can I get functionality? Free user can create 1 listing. If they delete existing one then they can create another.

Hi, I created two custom taxnonmy “transportation” and “style” for my listing type, however, both of these two taxonomy items will be showned by the same listing page template.
Can I make different page layout for these two taxnonmies?
What I want is that all items in “transportation” (e.g. bike, bus, subway etc.) be displayed with a top banner, and all items in “style” (e.g. italian, british) be displayed without the top banner.

I’m using a custom datepicker for the listing filters (e.g. /explore-alternate/) to filter listings by date (the datepicker allows visitors to pick a date in the future and see the listings open on that date). The datepicker worked fine until v 2.11.7. Then, clicking the icon to launch the datepicker would not respond.
I ran a diagnostic, and this is what I found:
✅ In MyListing 2.11.6 - The .start-picker class is automatically initialized via the theme JS. - The datepicker() script is properly called (directly or via a JS wrapper on the filter fields).
❌ In MyListing 2.11.9 - The script no longer seems to automatically target .start-picker fields - The datepicker initialization logic has been moved or conditioned (probably behind a date range detection or enabled filter)
Since v 2.11.7, the datepicker is no longer automatically initialized on the .start-picker field as before. I now have to initialize it manually since my custom filter doesn’t trigger the theme’s internal JS call.
Has there been a change between version 2.11.6 and 2.11.7 that could trigger this behavior? I’m trying to pinpoint the culprit and be able to use my datepicker with version 2.11.9…
For now I had to downgrade my websites running MyListing from 2.11.9 to 2.11.6 to keep the datepicker function in the filters :/

Previously the datepicker assets were loaded on each page even when not needed. Now we only load them when there is a datepicker
If you want to still load them on each page you can do it using the child-theme

wp_enqueue_style( 'mylisting-datepicker' );

You can also add conditions to load just on specific pages

I added your code to the child-theme’s function.php file but the datepicker remained inactive. I had chatGPT have a look at it and we debugged it together, but I haven’t had luck so far…

But that sounds like overkill when, as you confirmed, the code was changed after 2.11.6 to load the datepicker on a specific page. What I need is for the datepicker to load everywhere. But it looks like you have already given me the solution (update function.php in child theme). Would there be an alternative way to solve this? Once again thanks a lot for your help!
Open inspect element in your browser > go to ‘Elements’ tab > search for ‘mylisting-datepicker’ and check if it has been added to the page in which you’re having the issue

1. We don’t have a sidebar menu unfortunately, as you’ve noticed it’s located at the top in MyListing. It might be possible to achieve something similar with css but by default it’s not available
2. If you have just one listing type that step is skipped by default, you go directly to ‘select package’ step if you have paid listings enabled, without paid listings it will show the add listing form directly
3. No, events in MyListing are just another type of listings. You would need other plugins to add support for ticket management

You can change number of listings per page under theme tools > theme options > explore > listings per page
However it’s not recommended to show more than 50 per page
Hi @27collective, I have renewed my support and I still can’t submit a ticket on your site, it tells me to renew my support which has already been done. I have sent you a message through Envato with my issues. Its to do with submitting a listing and deleting a listing which is causing timeout. Same issues as another user has reported dating back to 2020 and again in 2023 link: https://helpdesk.27collective.net/questions/question/gateway-time-out/ This site is on a dedicated high performace server and I have tried on 3 different server enviroments and the same issue seach time including removing all plugins. The site in very fast and loads under a 1 second but has an issues submitting a listing and deleting a listing taking a very long time. Please assist in an updated fix. I will try again to submit a ticket but it is telling me to renew support which has been done. Thank you,

It’s possible but there is some work, you would need to export those listings in a csv file and then import them in MyListing using the wp all import plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-import/
You can transfer locations of a listing too, you just need the coordinates and address in the csv file
