Hello Liquid Team, great HUB product you guys have created, we love it. Just a quick question, we keep seeing an “accept Cookies” button pop up on the website through the theme, but we can’t find a way to remove this in the settings according to our web designer. Alternatively, is there any way to add a reject cookies as well so we don’t force people to accept. Thank you

To remove the “Accept Cookies” button from your website please follow these steps:

Go to Theme Settings > Liquid > Theme Options.
Look for the GDPR Alert section.
Toggle the setting OFF to disable the cookies notification and save changes.

I’ve encountered a bug with the portfolio in the Hub template.

When pagination is enabled and the total item limit is set (e.g., 9), only the first batch of items is loaded into the DOM. The category filter then only filters within those 9 items, instead of applying to the entire dataset. As a result, when a category is selected, items from that category that are not in the initial 9 do not show up at all—even if they exist in later pages.

However, if I set the “Total Items” to -1 (to load all), the filter works perfectly—but pagination is lost, which is not ideal for performance or UX.

This behavior appears to be a design flaw or bug. Ideally, the category filter should apply before pagination—that is, the filter should first reduce the dataset, and only then paginate the filtered result.

Please let me know if there’s a workaround or a fix planned for this issue. It’s quite limiting in its current state.

Even though I have 2 licenses, my licenses are not currently visible in your portal system. However, when I was automatically redirected to activate the theme license, my licenses were visible and active. But when I tried to log in to open a ticket, it was not accepted, so I tried to register. I registered again with the same email address and name, and now my licenses are not visible.

Please someone help me. I am tired of dealing with this problem. I bought the PRO version of the Elementor plugin and it is still not solved.

I’m currently experiencing an issue with my website where the background color won’t update. I’ve changed it to white in both the Site Settings and Theme Options, but the change isn’t reflecting on the front end. It seems that there’s a setting that is overriding the background color, but I’m not sure where to find that setting or the cause of it.

Yes, you can definitely recreate the minimal look of the Ave Voguish demo using Hub, as they share a similar design language. Just note that some widgets from Ave may not be available in Hub. We recommend using the Hub for better long-term support.

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible. Hub uses a different framework, so elements from your old theme aren’t compatible. You’ll need to rebuild your site using Hub’s components.
