Hi, when “Rolana Core” is active, custom fonts uploaded via Elementor Pro are completely blocked from loading on the live, public-facing website. The browser’s console confirms the font files are not being loaded.

The theme was designed and developed to use options by the theme and free version of Elementor. There is a custom font option in Rolanda Core Options > Fonts. For a more detailed overview of theme’s options please check the documentation in this link.

i load the custom font on Rolanda Core Options > Fonts but don’t works (i’ve remove elementor pro extension). I’ve already open a ticket.

Would it be possible for the theme homepage to play a video instead of showing a photo?

The section from your example is created using the Slider Revolution plugin, and that plugin comes bundled with this theme. You can create the section with the video background o loop using the Slider Revolution plugin.

I have purchased a theme from this developer and the purchase code attached to the theme does not work and neither does their email address to contact them. They have done everything they could NOT to help me so I am telling anyone who is interested in buying from this particular developer that you are waisting your money because their themes don’t work and they will not aid you in resolving anything. All they will do is copy and paste a generic reply from a premade matrix and forget about you.

When you log in to our Help Center, click on the “Submit a Request” link in the header, and fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First, enter your purchase code, select the profile (in this case, Select Themes), and then the theme.

Save your money and buy from someone else who actual takes pride in their code and won’t steal your money and act as though something is wrong with you. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY THEMES OR CODES FROM THESE THIEVES BECAUSE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME.

I gave them $90 for a theme over a week ago and they are literally doing all they could to NOT help me with the fake purchase code they gave me, and now I am stuck with their garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, you will regret it. And if you want to get a refund, good luck with that as well because you’re not getting shit back.

First, could you please send us the screenshot of you filled in the ticket form? We can then tell you if you filled in the request correctly.

Second, the email you listed in your previous comment is correct. We are experiencing some issues with the mail server so sometimes not all mails are delivered.

Refunds cannot be handled through comment section. On Envato Market refunds are processed as explained in this article where you can also submit your refund request.

First of all, professionalism left the room when you simply ignored me when I tried to explain to you that your email system is messed up. Only to find that your mail server IS actually jacked. So it isn’t me, but you. I have sent you all the screenshots you need to see that the purchase code does not work in the theme I purchased, nor does it work on your website to create a ticket. This is why I emailed multiple times to hear nothing back from anyone in your team. Now what am I supposed to do at this point? The theme doesn’t function, and your website doesn’t function and now we know your mail server is out. How do we fix this situation????

We have always replied to your inquiries here and provided instructions several times, we are not ignoring you.

We are sorry that you couldn’t reach our support via email, however, the screenshot was provided on how to fill in the form and you replied: “Not only does it not work, when you select Qode from the dropdown field, the theme Rolanda doesn’t even exist in the other dropdown list for the theme I bought.” Which means that you selected the wrong profile. As shown in screenshot you need to select “Select Themes”, not “Qode”. You can add screenshot of you filled in the form here so we can check if you filled in the request correctly.

Anyhow, since you are having troubles to contact our support you are eligible for a refund and you can submit a refund request here.

I’m trying to submit a ticket with you because the purchase code that came with theme does not work in the Rolanda theme to install the demo content. This can occur if you haven’t selected the correct profile or if there is an empty space before or after your purchase code. Please make sure to fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Select) and then theme.

I did ALL that and it still doesn’t work. Not only does it not work, when you select Qode from the dropdown field, the theme Rolanda doesn’t even exist in the other dropdown list for the theme I bought. The purchase code you’ve provided me does not work and I would like for it to either work properly or refund me my money so I can find another theme for my client. $90 for a theme shouldn’t have all these problems right off the bat. I haven’t even uploaded a single image and I already have all these problems.

Please take a look at the screenshot from the previous reply. You do not select ‘Qode’, the option that you should select is ‘Select Themes’. Once you select that profile, the theme will appear on the list, and you should be able to submit a ticket.
