Does Aone’s ServiceFinder theme have any updates related to the database? I checked two user profiles that are experiencing some issues. When they try to log in, they are taken directly to the homepage instead of their user dashboard. Are there any database-related issues, please?

If there is no database update, is there any setting on the admin side to fix this? Also, could you please clarify what might be causing this issue? I’m suddenly confused about what could be going wrong sire! We are going to go live very soon please!

Hi, we differentiate the packages by # of images allowed, # of categories, areas/branches, and job application limits. I have already set the limits for the images, categories, and job application limits per package, but I cannot seem to find the areas/branches limits per package. “Please make sure that email template editor is empty and not having any wired text saved (some javascript code by browser), you can check in the theme options -> mail settings -> forgot password. You need to delete all text from the email template editor and save it, it should be working fine then.”

Still not working, I am getting a email with logo only.

1) Whenever I try to reset the password. I am getting a email from the website. But the email only shows logo of the website I am not getting any reset option or link an email.

2) I have configured wp smtp. I am getting an email of empty mail with logo.

3) The documentation have very limited short codes please provide all the short code associated with theme.

I’m experiencing a few issues with the theme and would really appreciate your assistance:

1- Is it possible to display the booking system based on categories? Some of our providers offer many services, and the booking list becomes excessively long and hard to navigate.

2- In some of your pre-made templates, services cannot be selected within the booking section. Is this a bug or a configuration issue?

3- The map section in the search results page is not working, although it works fine on the provider detail page.

Could you please guide me on how to resolve these issues?

I’m trying to translate the homepage into French and make basic edits, but I’ve found that some elements (like button labels and the search bar placeholder) are not accessible from Theme Options or any translation plugin like Loco Translate.

Can you please confirm how these elements can be modified or translated without editing core files? I’d really appreciate a clear method if one exists.
