We are very interested in purchasing your Listeo theme for our upcoming project. However, before finalizing our decision, we would like to clarify a few important points:
1. We noticed that the theme currently does not natively support RTL (Right-to-Left) languages. ➔ Is there any official solution, recommended method, or upcoming update that provides full RTL compatibility?
2. Regarding the host dashboard, we noticed that hosts can add their contact information, which appears on the public listings. ➔ Can we control, add, remove, or edit the fields that hosts can see and fill out? ➔ Specifically, is it possible to disable certain fields, make others mandatory, or create custom fields?
3. We noticed that your demo clearly demonstrates the hourly booking system. ➔ Could you confirm if the hourly booking feature is fully stable and customizable (e.g., setting minimum hours, buffer times between bookings)?
4. Are there any additional plugins, add-ons, or costs needed to activate the full booking functionalities shown in your demo?
Hi,
1. RTL is partially supported. At this moment I can’t provide any ETA when we could provide official support.
2. Yes
3. We don’t have buffer times for example, you can read about booking system there https://www.docs.purethemes.net/listeo/knowledge-base/how-booking-works-in-listeo/
4. No, everything included
I saw some people complaining that translations were bugged in Wordpress version 6.8, is there a fix yet?
That was quite some time ago so yes
I have a project running on localhost where the translation does not work with Wordpress 6.8.1. I would like to make the purchase after the project is ready so as not to lose the 6 months of support. Could you tell me how I can resolve this issue of the translation not working? Thank you.
You need latest version of theme, wordpress and loco translate and make backup of translations. I suggest purchasing theme in order to receive support.
this is a non sense in this categorie and it perturb search filter navigation in that case, correct filter are car type, brand, kilometer, year range …. also when you are in a category like in this example the “Car” categorie , the fild “what are you looking for” is also a problem because you’re already in a specific categorie choose previously. Is it possible to display filter in relation with the category more intuitive/readable ?

I think this question is helpful for already customer like me and for all other people who want to invest in your theme, this is why I put here in public mode. So please can you give an answer to this feature here.
Sorry If I see long comment I automatically forward to support form. We don’t have conditional search form per category. It’s on roadmap.
ok and do you have an estimated release date for this feature on your roadmap ? this is a mandatory feature for my project with your template … so i need to wait this to start using my listeo purchase now
We’re looking into it now so maybe within couple of weeks
How can I hide the store-dashboard for users whith no selling capacities? The AI chatbot said Store-dashboard is only shown to users with Vendor-Role…. Hello
I’m interested in your theme and have a few questions before purchasing:
1. Directory Functionality: Can I use your theme to create a professional directory (e.g., artisans, plumbers, carpenters, tutors, etc.) where users can:
Create their own profiles, Select a category (e.g., “plumber”), Specify the cities where they provide services?
2. Monetization & Paid Listings: Is it possible to prioritize paid members in search results? For example, if someone searches for “plumbers in New York,” can paid accounts appear first, followed by non-paid listings?
3. Verified Badges: Can I add a verified badge (e.g., a checkmark) next to the names of verified professionals?
4. Payment Methods: Does the theme support WooCommerce for handling payments (e.g., memberships, subscriptions, or one-time fees)?
Thank you for your time—I look forward to your response!
Best regards,
Hello!
Directory Functionality: Yes, Listeo is designed for creating professional directories. Users can create profiles, select categories for their listings (like Plumber, Carpenter), and specify the cities or locations where they provide services.
Monetization & Paid Listings: Listeo supports paid listing packages using WooCommerce. You can offer different packages, prioritizing paid members specifically in search results based on their package they purchased
Verified Badges: https://docs.purethemes.net/listeo/knowledge-base/claim-listing/
Payment Methods: Absolutely. Listeo integrates with WooCommerce to handle payments for paid listing packages, which can function like one-time fees or memberships depending on your WooCommerce setup. You can set up various WooCommerce Payment Gateways.
Is it possible to put one listing in multiple different categories?
Yes, simply modify “category” dropdown in add listing form in Listeo Editor to “multi select” type.
I mean, if we have let’s say a car dealer who sells the cars and also rents the cars. I want him to be registered in 2 different categories: 1) Rent a Car; 2) Car seller.
Is that possible to have one listing in two different categories?
If you see right now, when we go to Add Listing, we can only choose one category:
https://imgur.com/a/t7TjAZxThat’s what I explained. Modify category dropdown to be multi select e.g. use drilldown https://docs.purethemes.net/listeo/knowledge-base/how-main-and-sub-categories-work/
Thank you, I know this I have read it long time ago. I have the features to my categories and subcategories. But still, one listing can only have one category, I want it to have 2 categories.
So when I search for “Rent a car” I will see same listing as when I search for the “Car seller”. Otherwise I will have to register two listings for the same company and I don’t want that.
Are we talking about listing type (rental, service, event) or categories (which you can add in WP > LIstings > Categories)?
I have all my listings in one listing type (service), and my listings are divided in different categories. I have about 30 categories and about 500 features (divided differently in the categories).
In reality, one company can belong to two different categories (it can be a restaurant and a hotel at the same time).
Now, if someone visits the city and wants to search for the restaurants, he will pick the “Restaurants” from the dropdown many and then the hotel will not show up because it’s registered as a hotel and not the restaurant.
I explained already how to achieve multi-category select in search and add lisiting form. https://docs.purethemes.net/listeo/knowledge-base/how-main-and-sub-categories-work/
I am not sure that we understand each other, but I really appretiate your trying to help.
https://imgur.com/a/etYJVU2I know that I can divide one category into multiple subcategories. I know that “Food & Eat” can be divided into “Restaurants”, “Fast foods”, “Coffee bars” etc. BUT! Let’s say you have a hotel which has a SPA center , GYM, rent a car and even a restaurants and that you can use those things separetly without beeing a gust in that hotel.
That means that we must have one listing in the “Hotel”, “Restaurants”, “SPA” , “GYM” and “Rent a car”.
Is that possible?
I am all the time refering to possibility of selecting multiple category during listing submission so user can select HOTEL and GYM at the same time https://prnt.sc/kIuZhbyqi8NE when adding listing
I am not refering to splitting categories into sub levels
So you mean that I can have ONE listing in both:
Food & Dining -> Restaurants -> Bars Health and Wellness -> Fitness -> Spa
if yes, how? If not, that is what I am talking about. https://i.imgur.com/JYiYJwc.pngYes just enable it as I suggested and test.
Hello, I have error in time picker please let me know how to solve that ?

Hello. Can you tell me how to use the same license key on the local server on my computer and on the main server?
Hi you should be able to do this freely
How to hide the categories that are empty? (On the Home Search)?
It’s not possible, we had a lot, really a lot requests from other customers in which they insisted to make categories without listings visible.
Thank you for your reply.
But, on the internal listing search page, the theme automatically hides empty categories. However, on the homepage search form, it still shows all categories, including empty ones? There must be an easy trick to do the job.
Good news, I found the way to solve the problem and I hope that this is just the temporary solution until you make the new update with the option to hide empty categories automatically.
Put this code in the functions:
// Hide all the categories but not the chosen ones add_action(‘wp_footer’, function() { if (is_admin()) return; // Dont show the CSS in the admin panel ?> <style> /* Hide all the categories / .menu-item { display: none !important; } });
/ Then choose manually which categories you want to show /
.menu-item[data-id="1169"], / Hotels /
.menu-item[data-id="1161"], / Cars /
.menu-item[data-id="1234"], / Boats /
.menu-item[data-id="1210"] / Clothes etc */
{
display: block !important;
}
</style>

Listeo is built on the KirKi Framework, which was abandoned over a year ago. Is this even a safe theme?
It is fine, no worries but we will be switching to custom solution.
You can always hire team of developers and create own solution instead of relying on WordPress theme.
Hello Listeo Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with a custom field filter not working correctly on my site.
Problem: Filtering listings using a custom field configured as Checkbox Multi Select is not working on my search page (Half Map Layout).
Steps Taken:
I created a custom field named “Amenities” with the type Checkbox Multi Select. I defined several options for this field (e.g., “Indoor”, “Outdoor”, etc.), ensuring both Name and Value were set correctly for each option. I added this custom field to the Add Listing Form and successfully added data (selected options) to several listings from the WordPress backend. I added the “Amenities” custom field to the Search on Half Map Layout via Listeo Editor → Search Forms. I configured the field settings within the search form editor.
Observed Behavior:
When I change the custom field type to Dropdown Select and add it to the search form, filtering works correctly. However, when the custom field type is Checkbox Multi Select and added to the search form, selecting options in the filter does not return the correct listings. Additionally, I’ve noticed that after saving the search form with the Checkbox Multi Select field, some of the field’s configuration options within the search form editor seem to disappear or change upon reloading the page.
Expected Behavior: Filtering should work correctly when using the Checkbox Multi Select custom field in the search form, returning listings that have the selected amenities.
Could you please assist me in diagnosing why the Checkbox Multi Select custom field filter is not functioning as expected and why its settings might be behaving strangely in the search form editor?

Good day,
I’m interested in purchasing your theme, but I’m currently using the WCFM Marketplace plugin instead of Dokan. Is your theme compatible with WCFM?
If it is not fully compatible, what kinds of issues or errors might I encounter after purchasing?
Hi, I am afraid it’s not compatible with WCFM at all.
In many types of businesses such as salons, spas, car detailing, or clinics, each service has a different duration. For example, a haircut may take 30 minutes, while beard trimming takes 15 minutes.
Also, each employee may have different prices for each service, and customers often prefer to choose the specific staff member they want.
Because of this, the correct workflow should be:
The customer selects one or more services.
The system calculates the total required time dynamically based on those services.
Then it checks each staff member’s availability to find a suitable time slot, not just any fixed slot.
The customer selects the staff member they want, and sees the corresponding prices for that staff member.
Unfortunately, most systems only allow the customer to pick a generic 1-hour slot or 30-minute block, without linking it to the duration of the selected service(s) and the actual availability of each staff member. This leads to overbookings or inefficiencies.
So, my question is:
Does your system support dynamic time-slot calculation based on the selected services’ total duration, and also support price variations per staff member for each service?
If this is not available yet, is it something that could be implemented or customized?
Thank you — this feature is a must-have for me before I proceed.
We don’t have such system
Hi,
I’m very interested in your system and I would like to ask a few detailed questions before purchasing, to ensure that it fully supports the project I’m planning. I want to be 100% sure that it covers everything I need, because if it doesn’t, I might lose valuable time and resources developing something that won’t fit my vision.
Here’s what I want to achieve:
I’m creating a platform that allows users to book services across multiple industries — such as salons, car washes, doctors, pet grooming, lawyers, spa centers, tour guides, restaurants, and even luxury car rentals or Airbnb-style accommodations. It’s a multi-vendor system where each business will manage its own services, employees, availability, and pricing.
Here’s what I need to confirm about your system:
Employee-specific pricing:
Can I set different prices for the same service depending on the employee? For example, the base service “Haircut” could cost $20, but with a senior stylist it might be $35.
Booking without registration:
Is it possible for customers to book an appointment as guests without being required to sign up? Many customers prefer booking without creating an account.
Flexible time slots:
Some services may take 10, 15, 45, or 80 minutes. Does the system dynamically calculate time slots based on the selected service duration, or are time slots fixed (e.g. 30-minute blocks)?
Tablet/Staff Use:
Can businesses manage their bookings through a tablet interface (like a simplified dashboard), and can employees access their schedule through a mobile app or login?
Multiple business categories:
Can the system support a wide range of different business types (beauty, healthcare, auto, rentals, etc.) with different booking logic and custom fields per category?
Points or rewards system:
Is there any built-in loyalty program or integration where users can earn points for each booking and redeem them for discounts later?
Coupons and discounts:
Can businesses create their own coupons (percentage or flat) that apply to their services?
Subdomains or landing pages for each business:
Is it possible for each business to have its own profile page with their services and booking calendar?
iOS and Android apps:
Do you provide mobile applications (iOS and Android) for both customers and employees? If not, is the system fully mobile-responsive for smooth use on tablets and phones?
Geo-location & Nearby search:
Does the system allow users to search for businesses near them using their GPS location?
Admin monetization:
Is it possible to charge businesses a monthly subscription to use the platform, and/or take commissions per booking?
Push notifications / reminders:
Does the system support SMS or push reminders (e.g., via OneSignal or Twilio) to notify customers and employees before the appointment?
Multi-language and RTL support:
I plan to launch in Greece and potentially in Arabic-speaking countries. Is multi-language and RTL supported?
This is a very ambitious project and I’m carefully evaluating your system as a foundation for it. I’d truly appreciate clear answers to all the above points, so I can make a confident and informed decision.
Thanks in advance for your time and support!
Best regards

Hi, is there an option to only see the contact details or send enquiry to any vendor/listing only after customer/user is logged in ?
Yes.
Hello, I dont see an option to update to change the listing placeholder image within any of the theme settings. I don’t even see the placeholder image within the files on the server side. Can you let me know the best way to update to a different listing placeholder image?
Merci

Hello, Is there any option to add other sms gateway or sms api option in future updates ?
We have that in plans
I cant use stripe (not supported in India) for split payment, can I use Paypal for split payment (from USA to India)
I am afraid no, sorry
or any other payment method (not split)
If you don’t need split payment you can use anything that works with woocommerce
im getting ready to buy this theme and i wanted to know if its possible to modify the comment section in the reviews to also be able to add voice notes and responses to comments
Hi, there is no option to add voice notes and yes listing authors can reply to reviews.https://prnt.sc/Z0VPKm7qtTrf
