Hallo,
Great job, but 4 last questions:
1- I’m using Dokan since long time and I have Starter package, not the free, if I want to use the other features it will work or only the free version features will work?
2- Dose the option of receiving QR Code in Event type work also with service and renting?, I mean if a guest book a service, does he receive an Qr code which later owner can scan to make sure he is the same person or it works only with events?
3- Is there any option that allow the guest to cancel the booking that he made whether it was with service, renting and events or at least one of them?
4- How could we get 2 Licences, one for main website and second for the standby or Testing one? do you have any other options or packages for that purpose?
Thank you in Advance
Please verify your purchase and send us support ticket using this form: https://themeforest.net/item/listeo-directory-listings-wordpress-theme/23239259/support/contact
I didn’t purchase it yet, I’m comparing yours with the Classima theme, so do you have answers for my questions?
Oh, sorry I confused your comment with someone else comment.
1. Some features from Dokan Pro might work some not. Can’t specifically say which one works fine.
2. Yes it’s mentioned multiple times that QR code works with all listing types.
3. Only owner can cancel booking. Guest can always send private message to owner and request canceling.
4. Staging website doesn’t count towards limit.
No problem, thank you for your kind answer
I will make the purchase by tomorrow, I’m working now also on the App purchase too
But can I change the “Extra Listing Package Options” or they are fixed or at least add some other more?
Thank you
Extra package options are fixed
Greetings Team, are there still any issues on the OTP E-Mail verification feature?
As soon i enable the feature, and want to try it out – i get the error message: Missing OTP code, please try again
The cause for it is probably – i didnt configured a Twillo account. Am i really need to configure a Twillo Account for the E-Mail OTP Verification feature? As I know – Twillo Account is only required for SMS.
No known issue with this feature, make sure you’re running latest version.
Running the latest version – 1.9.94.
Greeting Team,
for some reason, 90% of the Icons, SVG – even share icon are not loading on my page anymore – any ideas?
Difficult to say, maybe some WordPress – security related issue.. Consider renewing support and send us support ticket.
Found the issue – some issues on loading fontawesome
OK, awesome
Is there a specific setting that needs to be in place for the number of available listings to be automatically updated (within the Package Manager) when the user deletes a listing?
Hi there! For the Accessibility Reinforcement Act (valid from June 28, 2025) in the EU, the website must also be operable via keyboard. For example, the navigation and forms. Are you planning corresponding setting options?
Most likely yes
when can we expect the implementation? there’s not that much time left…
“It looks like a pretty simple thing – a small JS script that lets you move the mouse cursor with the arrow keys + left mouse click using enter.
I don´t know hot you make your theme accessibility according to the accessibility enhancement act. All I know is that currently it is not. I can´t navigate with the keyboard, I can´t fill out forms, use the search forms etc.
This must be possible according to the accessibility reinforcement act:
Keyboard Accessibility • All interactive elements (menus, forms, sliders, etc.) must be operable via keyboard. • Clear focus indicators must be visible on navigated elements.
Screen Reader Compatibility • Semantic HTML: Use correct tags (e.g. <nav>, <main>, <button>) for structure. • ARIA roles and labels should be used correctly and only when necessary. • All content must be accessible and understandable via screen readers.
Resizable Text / Zoom
• Layout and content must remain usable when text is resized up to 200%.
• No content or functionality should be lost on zoom.
Error Identification in Forms • If the user makes an input error, it must be clearly explained. • Form fields must be properly labeled and accessible.
Skip Links • Provide skip links to allow users to bypass repetitive content and go directly to the main content.
We’re very interested in purchasing the Listeo theme for our upcoming project. One key feature we need is the ability to manage and display events on a calendar, allowing patrons to view upcoming events in a clear, calendar-based format. Ideally, users should be able to filter events by day (e.g., “Today” or “This Week”) and see the actual listings—either in a grid or list view.
I may have overlooked it, but is this functionality included in the theme?
No, we don’t have such calendar that would display all events posted on a page, but it’s not a bad idea so maybe we will implement something like that
Can I add icons to features ?
Of course
How to enable this option ?
When you edit any feature in wp-admin -> Listings -> Features, you have option for SVG icon and iconpicker for included iconpacks
I try to add icon but it doesnot appear on single listing page… is there any changes must do in this page ?

I’m sure we will find out the issue
Greetings Team,
You’ve done it again — great job on the new features! While a few key functions are still missing, I’m confident you’re already working on them.
I’ve conducted some tests using the following features: auto-detect location, distance radius filter, and the half map Google view for listings.
I noticed an issue: listings are only displayed when I manually scroll down to the map. However, when I use the distance radius filter, no entries are found — even though there should be relevant results in the area.
Probably because the search is based on Maps, not on the filter – Would be great if the Distance Radius, can also control the map “zoom/distance” this will probably fix this one
make sure you’re running latest version, issue with zooming/moving map was fixed quite some time ago
Running on 1.9.94
Consider renewing support and sending support ticket then
We are very interested in purchasing your Listeo theme for our upcoming project. However, before finalizing our decision, we would like to clarify a few important points:
1. We noticed that the theme currently does not natively support RTL (Right-to-Left) languages. ➔ Is there any official solution, recommended method, or upcoming update that provides full RTL compatibility?
2. Regarding the host dashboard, we noticed that hosts can add their contact information, which appears on the public listings. ➔ Can we control, add, remove, or edit the fields that hosts can see and fill out? ➔ Specifically, is it possible to disable certain fields, make others mandatory, or create custom fields?
3. We noticed that your demo clearly demonstrates the hourly booking system. ➔ Could you confirm if the hourly booking feature is fully stable and customizable (e.g., setting minimum hours, buffer times between bookings)?
4. Are there any additional plugins, add-ons, or costs needed to activate the full booking functionalities shown in your demo?
Hi,
1. RTL is partially supported. At this moment I can’t provide any ETA when we could provide official support.
2. Yes
3. We don’t have buffer times for example, you can read about booking system there https://www.docs.purethemes.net/listeo/knowledge-base/how-booking-works-in-listeo/
4. No, everything included
I saw some people complaining that translations were bugged in Wordpress version 6.8, is there a fix yet?
That was quite some time ago so yes
I have a project running on localhost where the translation does not work with Wordpress 6.8.1. I would like to make the purchase after the project is ready so as not to lose the 6 months of support. Could you tell me how I can resolve this issue of the translation not working? Thank you.
You need latest version of theme, wordpress and loco translate and make backup of translations. I suggest purchasing theme in order to receive support.
this is a non sense in this categorie and it perturb search filter navigation in that case, correct filter are car type, brand, kilometer, year range …. also when you are in a category like in this example the “Car” categorie , the fild “what are you looking for” is also a problem because you’re already in a specific categorie choose previously. Is it possible to display filter in relation with the category more intuitive/readable ?

I think this question is helpful for already customer like me and for all other people who want to invest in your theme, this is why I put here in public mode. So please can you give an answer to this feature here.
Sorry If I see long comment I automatically forward to support form. We don’t have conditional search form per category. It’s on roadmap.
ok and do you have an estimated release date for this feature on your roadmap ? this is a mandatory feature for my project with your template … so i need to wait this to start using my listeo purchase now
We’re looking into it now so maybe within couple of weeks

Hello
I’m interested in your theme and have a few questions before purchasing:
1. Directory Functionality: Can I use your theme to create a professional directory (e.g., artisans, plumbers, carpenters, tutors, etc.) where users can:
Create their own profiles, Select a category (e.g., “plumber”), Specify the cities where they provide services?
2. Monetization & Paid Listings: Is it possible to prioritize paid members in search results? For example, if someone searches for “plumbers in New York,” can paid accounts appear first, followed by non-paid listings?
3. Verified Badges: Can I add a verified badge (e.g., a checkmark) next to the names of verified professionals?
4. Payment Methods: Does the theme support WooCommerce for handling payments (e.g., memberships, subscriptions, or one-time fees)?
Thank you for your time—I look forward to your response!
Best regards,
Hello!
Directory Functionality: Yes, Listeo is designed for creating professional directories. Users can create profiles, select categories for their listings (like Plumber, Carpenter), and specify the cities or locations where they provide services.
Monetization & Paid Listings: Listeo supports paid listing packages using WooCommerce. You can offer different packages, prioritizing paid members specifically in search results based on their package they purchased
Verified Badges: https://docs.purethemes.net/listeo/knowledge-base/claim-listing/
Payment Methods: Absolutely. Listeo integrates with WooCommerce to handle payments for paid listing packages, which can function like one-time fees or memberships depending on your WooCommerce setup. You can set up various WooCommerce Payment Gateways.
Is it possible to put one listing in multiple different categories?
Yes, simply modify “category” dropdown in add listing form in Listeo Editor to “multi select” type.
I mean, if we have let’s say a car dealer who sells the cars and also rents the cars. I want him to be registered in 2 different categories: 1) Rent a Car; 2) Car seller.
Is that possible to have one listing in two different categories?
If you see right now, when we go to Add Listing, we can only choose one category:
https://imgur.com/a/t7TjAZxThat’s what I explained. Modify category dropdown to be multi select e.g. use drilldown https://docs.purethemes.net/listeo/knowledge-base/how-main-and-sub-categories-work/
Thank you, I know this I have read it long time ago. I have the features to my categories and subcategories. But still, one listing can only have one category, I want it to have 2 categories.
So when I search for “Rent a car” I will see same listing as when I search for the “Car seller”. Otherwise I will have to register two listings for the same company and I don’t want that.
Are we talking about listing type (rental, service, event) or categories (which you can add in WP > LIstings > Categories)?
I have all my listings in one listing type (service), and my listings are divided in different categories. I have about 30 categories and about 500 features (divided differently in the categories).
In reality, one company can belong to two different categories (it can be a restaurant and a hotel at the same time).
Now, if someone visits the city and wants to search for the restaurants, he will pick the “Restaurants” from the dropdown many and then the hotel will not show up because it’s registered as a hotel and not the restaurant.
I explained already how to achieve multi-category select in search and add lisiting form. https://docs.purethemes.net/listeo/knowledge-base/how-main-and-sub-categories-work/
I am not sure that we understand each other, but I really appretiate your trying to help.
https://imgur.com/a/etYJVU2I know that I can divide one category into multiple subcategories. I know that “Food & Eat” can be divided into “Restaurants”, “Fast foods”, “Coffee bars” etc. BUT! Let’s say you have a hotel which has a SPA center , GYM, rent a car and even a restaurants and that you can use those things separetly without beeing a gust in that hotel.
That means that we must have one listing in the “Hotel”, “Restaurants”, “SPA” , “GYM” and “Rent a car”.
Is that possible?
I am all the time refering to possibility of selecting multiple category during listing submission so user can select HOTEL and GYM at the same time https://prnt.sc/kIuZhbyqi8NE when adding listing
I am not refering to splitting categories into sub levels
So you mean that I can have ONE listing in both:
Food & Dining -> Restaurants -> Bars Health and Wellness -> Fitness -> Spa
if yes, how? If not, that is what I am talking about. https://i.imgur.com/JYiYJwc.pngYes just enable it as I suggested and test.
Hello, I have error in time picker please let me know how to solve that ?

Hello. Can you tell me how to use the same license key on the local server on my computer and on the main server?
Hi you should be able to do this freely
How to hide the categories that are empty? (On the Home Search)?
It’s not possible, we had a lot, really a lot requests from other customers in which they insisted to make categories without listings visible.
Thank you for your reply.
But, on the internal listing search page, the theme automatically hides empty categories. However, on the homepage search form, it still shows all categories, including empty ones? There must be an easy trick to do the job.
Good news, I found the way to solve the problem and I hope that this is just the temporary solution until you make the new update with the option to hide empty categories automatically.
Put this code in the functions:
// Hide all the categories but not the chosen ones add_action(‘wp_footer’, function() { if (is_admin()) return; // Dont show the CSS in the admin panel ?> <style> /* Hide all the categories / .menu-item { display: none !important; } });
/ Then choose manually which categories you want to show /
.menu-item[data-id="1169"], / Hotels /
.menu-item[data-id="1161"], / Cars /
.menu-item[data-id="1234"], / Boats /
.menu-item[data-id="1210"] / Clothes etc */
{
display: block !important;
}
</style>

Listeo is built on the KirKi Framework, which was abandoned over a year ago. Is this even a safe theme?
It is fine, no worries but we will be switching to custom solution.
You can always hire team of developers and create own solution instead of relying on WordPress theme.
