I’ve created a Free package that allows 1 listing. However, when someone purchases this package, they’re able to create a listing — and then create another one using the same package, even though the limit is set to 1 listing.
If I disable repeat purchases, users can’t create a new listing at all if they delete their existing one.
Ideally, the behavior should be: users can have a maximum of 1 active listing at a time. If they delete their current listing, they should be able to create a new one, but never have more than 1 active listing at once.
How can I get functionality? Free user can create 1 listing. If they delete existing one then they can create another.

The only alternative would be to use the region taxonomy. You need to add all the regions you want to use as terms of region taxonomy. Then you can display it as a search field using the dropdown filter
Good morning! I want to associate a product with a listing. I know I need a vendor plugn if I want the user to create their own products. But how can I create the product as an admin and associate it to a listing that was created by a customer?

You can create products from backend, wp admin > products > add new. To link them with listings use the ‘select product’ field

Hello, yes, I am making the configurations on the child theme, but I’ve already deactivated it and activated the parent theme, and the issue wasn’t resolved. I also deactivated the plugins, but that didn’t solve it either.
I tested by activating a default WordPress theme, and in that case, the order summary page opens normally. However, with the MyListing theme, unfortunately, the thank-you page after the purchase just shows a blank screen.

I’m experiencing an issue with the My Listing theme related to user login. Even when the login credentials are correct, the user is not able to log in. After submitting the login form, nothing happens — there’s no redirection to any page, and the user is not logged into the dashboard.

Most of the time this is a caching issue, if you’re using a caching plugin make sure you’re excluding the my-account page from cache and disable cache for logged in users
Thanks again for your previous help — the login issue was indeed related to cache, and it’s now working fine after disabling it.
However, I’m now facing a new issue related to the Mercado Pago Transparent Checkout. When a customer selects Pix as the payment method and clicks “Place Order,” the page goes blank and doesn’t display the QR code for the payment. Because of this, the customer is unable to complete the transaction.
Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Could it be a compatibility issue with the theme or something else?

The child-theme by itself doesn’t contain any woocommerce files. You have added that file in child-theme most likely to modify emails sent by woocommerce. However based on other users who have had this issue the files are compatible with latest woocommerce version you just need to modify the version number inside that file. Appearance > theme file editor > child-theme > click on that file > you should see this line (version number might be different) @version 3.7.0. Just replace the number there with current woocommerce version e.g. @version 9.8.3

When you visit the landing page of a category the url is like that e.g. https://main.mylistingtheme.com/category/restaurants/
If you switch to the filters tab then the url is dynamically changes based on the filters you select. You can’t change this

This encoding is called URL encoding or percent-encoding, where non-ASCII characters such as Chinese/Japanese characters are replaced with a percentage sign followed by hexadecimal digits representing their UTF-8 bytes. It is expected and not a bug, but it can be problematic when sharing URLs because the encoded strings are difficult for humans to read or remember, and they can break when copied through certain communication channels that don’t properly handle special characters. So, in this case, instead of the URLs that look like this, usually something like https://example.com/listing/123 is preferred.
To reproduce this, simply create a new single listing and name its title field as “这是一个例子”, and after it is published, its URL will become http://example.com/listing/%E8%BF%99%E6%98%AF%E4%B8%80%E4%B8%AA%E4%BE%8B%E5%AD%90
Instead of this permalink, it is possible to use the ID format as the permalink structure for MyListing listings, just like how it can be done for posts and pages natively with WordPress permalink configurations (https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/customize-permalinks/ )?

The url in the address bar will still show ‘这是一个例子’, only if you copy it and place it somewhere other than the address bar it will show the encoded version. It’s the expected behavior and I wouldn’t recommend you to change it

Running into an error while using WC Vendor. When a vendor needs to load a product, they cannot upload images. I have tested this by disabling all other plugins. However, when I use another theme, the upload product image works. Making me think there is a compatibility error with the theme and WC Vendor.
Any feedback would be appreciated as it is stated that it is a tested plugin for the theme.
