I would like to bring to your attention that the issue with the template I purchased still persists. When I activate the theme(AI Video) the issue comes up always! “There has been a critical error on this website.”
If this error continues, I will not be able to work with it at all — which directly impacts my ability to complete my tasks.
I have already purchased the template twice, and yet the problem remains unresolved. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for both purchases as soon as possible.
Instead of spending more time chatting with an AI assistant on the support site, I expect a quick and human resolution to this matter.

There’s the Switch to Live Operator button (after you submitted a ticket) and also the feature to bypass the AI answers (before a ticket’s submitted) available.
As the Support team reported, the issue is in the outdated version of the theme you have on your site: Version: 1.0.0. Please make sure you use the lates one and you will not have this error situation.

I’m experiencing an issue with Elementor on my website using your theme. When I try to edit a page with Elementor, it gets stuck on the loading screen and activates Safe Mode automatically. I’ve tried the following steps, but the problem still persists: • Disabled all plugins • Increased PHP memory limit (set to 256M) • Verified PHP version (currently using PHP 8.1) • Switched browser / cleared cache / tried incognito mode • Reinstalled Elementor • Checked for wp_head() and wp_footer() functions in theme files
Despite these efforts, Elementor still doesn’t load properly. It seems the issue might be theme-related. Could you please help me identify and fix the problem?

Hi, we plan to create multiple Editor-level users on our WordPress site who will be responsible for updating and managing page content.
For security reasons, we would like to restrict access to the Theme License Activation page (where the Envato purchase code is entered) from these users and any non-administrator roles.

Hi, I’m using a custom sidebar layout (not the default widget sidebar), and on mobile the recent post titles were stacked vertically, one letter per line. I was able to fix it with the help of ChatGPT using a bit of custom CSS, but it might be something to consider for a future update. Thanks a lot!

Hi again, thanks for your reply! I just wanted to share this as feedback for a possible improvement – no support request needed. The issue only occurred with a custom sidebar layout, NOT with the default widget sidebar. It’s already resolved on my end using additional CSS, so no further help is required.

P.S. We’ve checked your site (since we could not replicate the issue on our demo): the issue can be in optimization plugins, CSS optimization in particular. The responsive styles are not fully loaded on your site (meaning this https://prnt.sc/J6SAVKGP4POo) and therefore the widh is incorrect.
I’m using the insurance skin but the header is not the same as in the demo. Where do I download the header? Lovely theme btw.

The license key is to be connected to the site’s URL. Since the main and dev/staging versions have different URL’s, you cannot have the license active for both. You can change the copyright text, add a whitelabel plugin (third-party) in order to customize the admin panel etc. However, we do not recommend to rename the theme and its folder since it can cause functionality issues.

Thanks. I was able to manage this issue. I have a new error on MetForm. There is a console error and I cannot see the form in frontend. SyntaxError: missing } in template string /wp-content/plugins/metform/public/assets/js/app.js?ver=3.9.8:58

Hello, before purchasing the theme, I have three questions.
1 – Is there a mega menu option? I haven’t seen any templates or sites with mega menus.
2 – Can I import only the folds and ready-made templates from several templates? Was it necessary to import the entire site template?

2 – you can use the Partial Import option and import just pages you need;
3 – you will get access to all skins and their demo after purchase; if you mean the splash page itself (https://elementra.themerex.net/splash/), it’s not included, since it’s not the WordPress page.
