I duplicated the page that uses your template to a local server using LocalWP. I’d like to make a few changes in the local environment and then transfer them to the live version, but unfortunately the license can only be used on one domain.
I’m not using this license to build another website — it’s only for a testing/staging environment.
Could I kindly ask for your help with this matter?

You can install the theme on your test/development server for testing/development purposes. As soon as the project is ready for moving from dev server to the main domain (create the backup to be on the safe side), please disconnect the license from staging domain and activate the theme on the live domain. You can have ONE active theme installation at a time (development or main). Development installation will still be functional, except for importing/exporting demo data and installing updates. You can perform all other tasks there without any issues. Moreover, you can easily transfer the license from your production site to the development one and back again at any time, if needed.
You should have 1 license per 1 active site.

The template is very beautiful, but why there are no animations and all the elements are not interacting with the mouse cursor, also the all pages are very wide, I hope you can work in these things

The Elementra homepage demo already includes animated elements, such as motion effects and parallax, which can be enabled and customized as needed. It does support Elementor’s built-in motion effects and entrance animations, these need to be added manually via Elementor’s settings on each element. The theme itself doesn’t automatically apply global animations to all components by default. You can enable/add animations for individual sections or widgets in the Elementor editor under Advanced → Motion Effects.
The theme lets you choose different layout styles (Boxed, Wide, Fullwidth, Fullscreen) in Appearance → Customize → General → Body Style. If pages look overly wide, adjusting these settings can help control the content width.
Also, some pre-built templates are designed for “fullscreen” layouts — if you’re using those, the content will naturally span edge-to-edge.

I have had a lot of problems with the critical error message after installing the elementra theme. I have changed the PHP on my server, reinstalled the theme, still critical error messages. Reinstalled WP AND the theme again and I didn’t deactivate it from the old install and now that I have reinstalled a fresh copy of WP, elementra is not letting me use the disconnect code for the same site. I noticed other people having the same problem with the critical error and wondered if it’s fixed. If not what php seting does this work on? Further I need to reinstall the theme and can’t. how can i reset. If I can’t the theme is useless to me.

Yes, Elementra supports WordPress Multisite. You can use the theme across the network (parent/root site and child sites) without any functional issues.
The license is activated only on the root (parent) site. You can have ONE active license at a time (either development or live).

Don’t buy this theme. The demos import incorrectly. Elements like the headers aren’t included in import. Images don’t import. Overall, not worth it at all.

Thank you for your pre-buy question. There are no separate “Portfolio” post types in the Elementra theme. What you see in the demos are regular WordPress posts, displayed using the Elementor Posts widget. Because of this: There is no built-in portfolio filter (category / tag filter) like you would see with a custom portfolio post type. Any filtering would need to be handled by: Post categories/tags combined with a custom Elementor widget, or a third-party plugin that adds frontend filtering for Elementor posts.

I have noticed an issue with the “smooth page scroll” option in the theme that is spoiling the user experience of the website. The issue is, the smooth page scroll works fine with the basic blocks, but the moment a “stacking services block” is added to the page, the smooth scroll stops working. Kindly provide a fix for the same as I need to integrate all the elements without sacrificing the user experience. Smooth page scroll needs to work with all the elements included in your theme.

When my website is in mobile view, the “hamburger” navigation on the right will open the menu. However, when you click on the links, the page in the background moves to the right, but the menu won’t disappear. It stays on top, and the content underneath is obscured. If you click the “X” then it just goes to the top of the page again. I really need to figure out why the menu in mobile view doesn’t function. I am using your consulting theme.

1. The theme doesn’t include a dedicated Portfolio custom post type. However, you can easily showcase your projects using regular Posts and display them with the Posts widget in Elementor. Just create posts for each project and place a Posts widget on any page.
2. To make the header sticky (like in the Green Energy skin), open your Header Layout in Elementor and set the main row/section to Fixed or Sticky position.
3. The functionality of creating custom menus, or any kind of complex menus is embedded into the theme. Thus, you do not need to install any external plugins, like Uber Menu or Mega Menu.
Navigate to Theme Layouts (WP Dashboard) > Add New and create a new layout with a Submenu type.
Proceed to Appearance > Menus and apply your submenu layout to a menu item: open the menu item, click on “Settings”, in the newly opened popup window find the “Layout of submenu (optional)” field, and choose the created Submenu layout. Configure the rest settings to your need.

Why can’t we buy a license that works for multiple of these themes, why a single licence for each? For everytime I want to use another theme, I need to disconnect the license from the old theme.

We completely understand your frustration — we’re on your side on this. We would also love to offer a developer license or a true multisite license for our clients. It would make everyone’s workflow much smoother. We’ve actually proposed this to Envato/ThemeForest several times already, but at the moment they only allow the single-site license model. Unfortunately, this means that each new domain requires its own license, and switching themes forces you to disconnect the previous one. That said, on our side we’ve implemented an activate/deactivate functionality to help clients with dev sites and moving sites between domains. This should make managing licenses a bit easier despite the current limitations. If ThemeForest updates their licensing options in the future, we’ll be more than happy to support multi-site or dev licenses right away.

Some suggestions for increasing the theme’s versatility: More skins related to the hotel and agritourism and restaurant sector (with some examples of booking engines, room descriptions, etc.) More skins related to the luxury sector, such as jewelry, watches, and the like. The last suggestion is to add more skin examples with mega menus, as you did for AI SaaS. Great Job

While you sell one template with 130+ designs for $59, the developer Apus sells individual templates with the same functionality (for example, Findus, Superio, Cityo, Listdo…). Is that fair? I don’t think so — especially when their template descriptions don’t match reality. They claim everything can be edited with Elementor, but in fact it only works on the homepage and default pages that aren’t even used.
And Envato support ignored this, which basically means they approve of it. Just imagine how much your profit would increase if you sold 130+ templates with the same functionality individually instead of offering them as one…

From a business perspective, yes, selling 130+ demos as individual themes (like some other authors do) would bring significantly more profit. But this approach goes against how we want Elementra to feel as a product. Our goal is to offer one powerful core theme with a large collection of designs, all consistently maintained, updated, and compatible with each other — instead of splitting the same codebase into dozens of separate items and charging users multiple times. Regarding the comparison with other developers: We’ve also noticed that some themes advertise “full Elementor editing,” while in reality many layouts are locked behind custom builders or limited templates.
In our case, everything you see in Elementra is exactly what you get: All demos fully editable with Elementor One license, one codebase, all designs included No fragmented products, no upsells Faster updates because we maintain a single ecosystem.
We believe this is a fairer model for customers, even if it’s not the most profitable model for us. But we truly appreciate your feedback — it’s great to hear you value the work we put into the theme and the transparency we aim to maintain. If you have any suggestions or ideas for improving Elementra, we’d love to hear them!

ThemeREX Addons plugin causes 404 on /wp-admin/post-new.php. Current version: Version 2.37.0 When I had version 2.36.1.1 it worked just fine. How do I fix this? I can’t add a new page, or post, or any other taxonomy.

1) About the page you referenced: That specific page is not included in the theme package. It is part of the HTML-based promotional preview used on ThemeForest and is not part of the WordPress demo import. So it does not appear in the demo data when importing skins. 2) In order to make the skin look like live demo you should import the demo data per each skin. 3) To get actual demo pages, you need to run the Demo Import from: Theme Panel → Demo Content Import. Yes, only one Skin can be active at a time. However, you can import and mix layouts manually. 4) You can mix layouts from the skins, please check the tutorial:

The original clipart images included in the theme may be either paid or free. Paid images are marked with a copyright sign and are not available for download. They belong to their owners and can be purchased separately directly from these owners. If an image lacks a copyright symbol, it is free and you can use it in any of your projects.

1. You can implement it using the Elementor Slider widget included with the theme. The available slider types are:
- Swiper Slider (Posts Slider)
- ElastiStack (Posts Slider)
To set it up:
Insert the Slider widget in your Elementor layout. Under the Content tab, select the desired slider type in Slider Engine. Add images, text, and configure slides as required.
2. The preloader text or image is managed in the theme settings:
Show page preloader – Enable and select/upload a preloader image. Page preloader color – Optional, set a color overlay; default color used if left empty.
This controls the preloader functionality you see on page load.
3. The splash page demo effect is HTML-based and not included in the theme by default. However, you can replicate this effect using the Layout Popup functionality:
Create a custom layout with the content you want to show in the popup (text, image, shortcode, etc.). Assign it as a popup to appear on click or page load as needed.
