Subject: Trust Badge Icons Not Displaying Issue – Kalles Theme
Dear Team,
I am currently using the Kalles theme for my Shopify store and have encountered an issue with the trust badge icons. As shown in the attached screenshot ( https://ibb.co/QFCG0xr3 ), the payment icons (Amazon Pay, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.) are not displaying correctly and appear as broken images on my product page.
Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue? I have checked my settings and assets but could not find any errors from my side. Kindly advise if there is any fix or update required to resolve this issue.

After investigation, we found that Shopify recently made an update that has caused payment method icons to break across many stores. This is a known issue and not caused by anything you changed.
To fix it, please update the following files:
main-product.liquid
footer_content.liquid
featured-product.liquid
main-qv.liquid
mini_cart.liquid
In each of these files, replace this line:
{{ img | payment_type_img_url }}
with:

Hi there, You can upload a video to Shopify; it’s not possible to display a video directly on the product card like that. As an alternative, you might consider using a GIF.

Hi, i had purchased kalles for woocommerce and its not getting any update from past 2 years, and now its creating conflicts with elementor and woocommerce plugins, and you guys are not even replying to anyone for your woocommerce theme, a lot of people have give their money to you and you are not giving any update for those and their sites are getting crashed now including me.

I am planning to move my store from Woocommerce to Shopify because of the load speed. My Woocommerce is already 100% on GTMATRIX, but it is not stable. Sometimes fast sometimes slow. So, do you recommend this theme?

Hi It seems that your theme is not being updated to match the shopify themes.
Please let me know if your theme is going to be compatible with the shopify advanced updates. Your Blocks section should show the generated Blocks from Shopify and this is not a request for support I may add.

Now I bought it and added custom PayPal buttons code in Cart and Product page, it worked well with Cart page, but I can’t find Product-template, only available Main-product, and I put the code in different places, but sadly it never worked. There is one concern regarding the menu display. Now for the mega mune, all the third level submenu items are displayed on the page when one clicks one top menu item. Can the third level menu items be displayed like a dropdown style? Only when one moves the mouse to the 2nd level menu item, the 3rd level menu items will then be displayed. For example, when one clicks “Blog”, it displays all the 2nd level menu items. If one moves the mouse to one item, all the 3rd level menu items will be displayed on the right. I am interested in purchasing Kallas but need clarification regarding the slider functionality. Could you confirm whether the mobile and desktop sections have separate sliders, allowing me to upload different banners for each, or if the same banner is used across both versions?

I am using the Kalles theme for my Shopify store, and I would like to modify the way sold-out product variants are displayed. Currently, when a size is out of stock, it disappears from the selection. However, I would like the sold-out sizes to remain visible with a cross-line effect (as shown in the attached reference image – https://ibb.co/pBxXg3Hp ).

Best regardsHi, my Shopify trial ended and i have started new trial coz i was not ready now am unable to activate my theme coz it is still associated with previous trial store which is ended and closed, now i am stuck. I have submitted the ticket and waiting …..don’t know how long i have to wait for the support to respond, I suggest there should be a live support available for quick resolution of such issues and theme should be activated/ associated against the actual URL of the website rather the Shopify URL or should automatically disassociated once the store is closed to avoid such scenarios.
