Can I have the same theme for shopify?

Sorry, this is WordPress theme, not for shopify.

Aone dev,

We were trying to create a job post by a customer but we have a validation issue.

In the job post form, we are encountering a form validation error in the description field. Although valid text is already entered, it is still returning an error. Is there a text limitation or validation rule causing this? Please look into it.

If you remember, I had previously asked you about the validation issue we were facing.

Also, I have emailed you at aonetheme@gmail.com for the same issue.

We will check and revert.

Waiting for the answer please!

Still waiting please!

Hi, I purchased the theme and successfully installed it along with the demo content. However, I’m currently facing a couple of issues:

The validation code is not working properly. Even when I enter the correct code, it still doesn’t get accepted.

When I create an account for a Provider, it doesn’t appear in the dashboard where I can approve or disapprove it. Instead, it only shows up under the Users tab where all users are listed. After creating the account, when I try to log in, I receive a message saying that the account is pending approval (since I enabled the Account Moderation option). However, I’m unable to find the account in the Service Finder > Provider or Candidate Dashboards to approve it.

Please help me resolve these issues. I’ve also attached screenshots for your reference.

Thanks.

We will check and update you.

Hi, I am using the service finder on my client`s website. I want to do these 3 things. Please provide a solution. 1. Remove candidate option from my website 2. Setup payment 3. Requesting a quote is not working properly. How to set it up? It says “Message could not be sent”

We have two radio buttons in the checkout form, but we’re not sure what they do. Is it mandatory to keep them? If they are necessary, could you please explain their purpose? Also, we would like to hide them, but we don’t see any option in the theme settings to disable or remove the popup. Please provide a solution to hide it.Thanks much.

I have emailed @ aonetheme@gmail.com as well please.

This popup comes if admin is doing the booking, so option to ‘skip payment’ is given in the case. But if customer goes to do booking then this popup doesn’t appear.

can I import and auto create busienss profiles from google sheet data? if I scrape it from Google business before.

The option to import service providers is given via CSV file, the file has pre defined columns and format, so you can arrange data in that format and import.

have purchaased this , but im unable to post a task. i also dont get a validate button when posting without signing in. When customer account logs in, post task leads me nowhere

It means settings are missing in your dashboard, please contact us @ aonetheme@gmail.com with this query and website link with admin login credentials, so our team can check.

I bought your support and sent you an email 15 days ago and I never received any response. If it continues like this, I want my money back.

Hello Dear,

In our last response we asked you contact through our themeforest profile, but we didn’t receive any email from you. Anyways, please share your website link with admin login details to our email so we will check.

Aone dev folks, we have a signup form for both providers and candidates, but it lacks form validation. Specifically, the password field allows any combination of numbers and letters, which poses a security risk. Could you please suggest how we could implement strong password validation to enhance security? We could add client-side validation (JavaScript) to provide instant feedback to users, correct?

Could you please respond?

Please contact us @ aonetheme@gmail.com with your query, so our team can guide you.

I have already sent an email. Please kindly re-check.

Hello,

I am encountering database errors when activating your SF-Booking plugin on my WordPress site. Here are the technical details: System Information

Plugin: sf-booking/sf-booking.php

Encountered Errors (log):

1. SQL syntax error (24 occurrences) Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near ‘(``)’ at line 1 Query: ALTER TABLE service_finder_services ADD `` (``)

2. Duplicate column (1 occurrence) Error: Duplicate column name ‘offer’ Query: ALTER TABLE service_finder_services ADD COLUMN `offer` VARCHAR DEFAULT ’’

3. Multiple primary key (1 occurrence) Error: Multiple primary key defined Query: ALTER TABLE service_finder_services CHANGE COLUMN `id` `id` INT UNSIGNED NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT PRIMARY KEY

These errors suggest that:

1- The activation script is attempting to add a column with an empty name 2- The ‘offer’ column already exists in the table 3- A primary key is already defined on the ‘id’ column

Impact on Functionality : These database errors are creating conflicts with the Job Manager plugin and preventing me from working properly with the template to add jobs. In its current state, I cannot use the job posting features, which completely blocks my workflow.

Could you please: - Confirm if these errors are known issues and their impact on Job Manager - Provide an update that fixes these compatibility problems - Give me a procedure to resolve the conflicts between SF-Booking and Job Manager

This situation is currently blocking my ability to use the theme and publish new jobs on the site. I remain available to provide additional information if necessary.

Best regards,

Hi,

You forgot to share the website link, please share to our support email.

Hi, Here is the link to my website: https://garagiste.icon-solutions.net/wp-admin/

we deleted everything and started from scratch to follow the steps identical as your guided installation video however after installing the theme we are unable to locate the service finder gear section at the bottom left menu of wordpress that appear at the bottom of the settings section in the wordpress admin we are not sure if this is due some sort of restriction to the WP managed version of the hosting server with GoDaddy, the only thing we are able to click and navigate is the menu option to the top left of the wp-admin menu but do not have the options listed on your video.

Thanks

Please make sure to verify the Product License via Product License menu in your WP dashboard, then that option will appear for you.

Onething I have been trying to figue out if it is supported is recurring booking. Meaning that customer can book more than one appointment or choose more than one day in one booking order.

Please let me know if it is supported? Thanks in advance

Yes, option to choose multiple days during booking is given in the theme.

We recently purchase your theme Service Finder, installation went well however we are having difficulty populating the site with dummy suppliers since we wanted to target Mexico, we enable the API Key for the domain but the cities are not being populated since it seems that needs to be created with the supplier, there is not cities to select from the back-end and doesn’t seems to be a place where we can manually added. No documentation about that is founded on your live support site: https://aonetheme.com/demo/documentation/theme-map-setting.html Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

My email address: 1093marine@gmail.com

Presale question, can i disable booking option for customers and hide booking on customer page? and hide invoice option?

one more question, can customer add job with out register ? just post and get answer directly to email?

Yes, admin can disable booking and invoice option from the theme options. Second query will require little bit customisation.

one more, service can see job by category or it see all jobs?

Hello, lately the search function never loads for my site..all the other things are fast. login, blog loads, but to get the filtered results, it just keeps loading but never showing results. Appreciate your help please.

It’s great that already sorted out.

We have the OTP feature in user registration and service booking through email. The email works fine but could we make OTP feature enabled for mobile number please?

That would be great if you can guide us the hooks or methods to implement OTP feature from mobile number instead email?

- I checked in your documentation. I could not find it there either.

OTP through mobile option can be done with customisation.

But specifically sire, should we customize the OTP functionality directly from the theme option settings, or is it necessary to edit the code? If the feature is managed via a plugin, kindly let us know if the customization can be handled through the plugin’s general settings or if code-level changes are required.

Hi, I recently asked a custom task (areas served) I have an urgent email. Can you kindly check please?

We have replied.

Hello,

I recently purchased and installed the Service Finder theme, but I am encountering issues setting up the provider-related pages (e.g., Provider Signup, Provider Dashboard, Provider Account, etc.). These pages were not created during the demo import, and I am unable to locate them in my WordPress dashboard. I imported Demo 5.

Can I get help on this?

Thank you!

Subject: Missing plugin files in Service Finder full package (urgent request)

Hello,

I recently purchased the Service Finder – Service and Business Listing WordPress Theme from ThemeForest. Here are my purchase details:

- Item Name: Service Finder - Purchase Code: 4872a4fe-89c6-42be-9d77-15350e6067d2 - Buyer: Billion Group MCHJ

After downloading the “All files & documentation” package, I could not find any of the required plugin ZIP files such as:

- service-finder-bookings.zip - service-finder-shortcodes.zip - service-finder-messaging.zip - service-finder-sms.zip

These plugins are essential for the full functionality of the theme, but they are missing from the archive.

Could you please provide the plugin files or send me a secure link to download them?

Thank you for your support and quick response.

Best regards, Adham adhamnomozov93@gmail.com
