Missing Function in Theme Files – elementra_gutenberg_is_fse_theme()

Hello,

I have installed the Elementra theme, but I’m encountering a critical error. In the functions.php file, on line 620, the function elementra_gutenberg_is_fse_theme() is being called, but this function is not defined anywhere within the theme files.

Could you please provide the missing files or a fully updated version of the theme package?

Hello i have some problems on the theme. When i try the import the demo, wordpress give me this problem.

The new skin version may not be fully compatible with your current theme version. Please update the theme or temporarily revert to the previous skin version.

I would like to bring to your attention that the issue with the template I purchased still persists. When I activate the theme(AI Video) the issue comes up always! “There has been a critical error on this website.”

If this error continues, I will not be able to work with it at all — which directly impacts my ability to complete my tasks.

I have already purchased the template twice, and yet the problem remains unresolved. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for both purchases as soon as possible.

Instead of spending more time chatting with an AI assistant on the support site, I expect a quick and human resolution to this matter.

I’m experiencing an issue with Elementor on my website using your theme. When I try to edit a page with Elementor, it gets stuck on the loading screen and activates Safe Mode automatically. I’ve tried the following steps, but the problem still persists: • Disabled all plugins • Increased PHP memory limit (set to 256M) • Verified PHP version (currently using PHP 8.1) • Switched browser / cleared cache / tried incognito mode • Reinstalled Elementor • Checked for wp_head() and wp_footer() functions in theme files

Despite these efforts, Elementor still doesn’t load properly. It seems the issue might be theme-related. Could you please help me identify and fix the problem?
