Is it possible to use lottie animations for custom preloader?

I’m trying to install the “Multi Use” demo with WP Bakery, but after following the Setup Wizard, I can’t do it. I check the page listings in the Admin and can’t find any “Multi Use” demo. If I import other demo content, such as “Original Hub,” the content is imported successfully. I’m only having an issue with the “Multi Use” demo, which is why I purchased your WP Theme.

As another user previously mentioned, I’m having issues importing the demos—regardless of which one I choose, the images don’t load, and the process is extremely slow. My site is a completely fresh installation; I even deleted WordPress and reinstalled everything from scratch. This is causing a lot of trouble. Please fix the issue. Thank you.

Something is wrong with the demo import. I have been using this theme for a few years now but now it’s gotten to the point where issues are arising and I have to figure them out.
1. The issue of demo import. I tried importing a demo (Starthub 5) but the images will not import and is pointing to a server that’s unbearably slow. Just a couple of images listed below that takes forever to load and never imported. https://staging-hub.liquid-themes.com/starthubfive/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/Img.jpg https://staging-hub.liquid-themes.com/starthubfive/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/logo-dark.svg https://staging-hub.liquid-themes.com/starthubfive/wp-content/uploads/2022/07/avatar-4.jpgOnce it load one time then they’re in cache and will load again but in the site they will not and the site will point to the slow server again causing it to be slow.
2. I have the compatibility issue with Hub Addons and Elementor. Elementor says the Addons are not compatible and my site is slow but I’m just told to check plugins by support. This is a brand new site install and there aren’t any other plugins other than the Hub and its plugins. Something needs to be fixed with this or unfortunately I’ll have to search for another theme as a go to theme.

Hi, I recently switched the domain as the old domain where the licence was registered is no more in use, so I activated the licence on new domain but I didn’t get option to make site to production mode even on portal.liquid-themes.com

Great theme, but I am having trouble adding responsive breakpoints. I’m using Elementor and there are only 3 options – Desktop, tablet, and mobile. I used to be able to add more breakpoints (in Site Settings > Layout > Breakpoints), but don’t see an option for that anymore. Is this an Elementor issue or a Hub issue?

To enable the Additional Custom Breakpoints feature, follow these steps:
1. Go to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Elementor > Settings > Features.
3. Locate the “Additional Custom Breakpoints”
4. Set the status dropdown to “Active”.
5. Click Save Settings.
That’s it! The feature should now be activated.

I’m looking into updating Elementor to 3.92.1, is your Hub Elementor Add-Ons plugin compatible with this? I see when it was tested up until, and I plan on doing a backup, but I would assume that it would be updated by now, perhaps. Hello,
I am using Liquid Vertical Slider and I need to activate the autoplay, but i don’t see that option. It is very important because we need the slider to change in spite of not clicking another item.
On the other hand, i have purchased this theme for two different websites, and in both sites the web is veeeery slow. At the begining I thought it was because of the hosting, but now it is a different hosting and everything goes as slow as in the first place.

1/ Currently, the autoplay feature isn’t available for that element, so it would require additional code customization. Alternatively, you can submit it as a feature request for future theme updates.
2/ Website speed depends on various factors that we do not control; what we can do is share the links that can help you with speed optimization.
For better performance, we recommend following the steps below on your site:
1- Have as few plugins as possible on your site. Each plugin puts an extra load on your server.
2- Use a caching plugin on your site. We recommend LiteSpeed Cache or WP Rocket. If you are using WP Rocket cache plugin on your website, then you do not need to enable all options. Enable one-by-one option and check your website speed.
3- Use a CDN service on your site. We recommend Cloudflare or RocketCDN.
4- Enable gzip compression for your site on your server.

Regarding the website speed, it is a new web, the only thing installed is your theme and your plugins. All the requirements are correct and still it goes too slow. My client has another website in that hosting, and it goes normal. It seems strange to me, it is an empty website and it should go super fast.
