Is it possible to assign custom fields to each category? For example, if we add a custom field to apartments, then we select “rent” and its custom field will appear, and “for sale” and its custom field will appear. And so on for each category, with its own sub-custom field.

Post-Update Cache Clearing
Immediately after activating v4.0.x, perform these cache-clearing steps in order:
1 Clear Your Site Cache
◦ Re-enable your caching plugin, then go to its dashboard and click Purge All Caches (or the equivalent “Clear Cache” button).
2 Purge Browser Cache
◦ Hard-reload your site in each browser:
▪ Windows: Ctrl + F5
▪ macOS: Cmd + Shift + R
◦ Alternatively, open a Private/Incognito window to confirm that the updated CSS/JS files load correctly.
3 Clear CDN Cache (If Applicable)
◦ If you use a CDN (Cloudflare, KeyCDN, etc.):
▪ Log into your CDN dashboard and choose Purge Everything (or “Purge All”).
4 Clear Elementor Cache
◦ In WP-Admin, go to Elementor → Tools → General.
◦ Click Clear Files & Data.
◦ Wait for confirmation (“Files & Data Cleared”), then click Save Changes.

Hi there, I´ve just updated to 4.0.6 and houzez studio is giving me a hard time now. It broken all my links, I mean, if I want to visit anything, it just show you the same page that you are on or a totally different one. When I deactivate that plugin, the site works without problems.

Can you help me with any lead for it please?

Please make sure you’ve followed the official update guide we provided for version 4.x. In particular, it’s important to:

Clear all caches (site cache, browser cache, and CDN if applicable)

Clear Elementor cache via Elementor → Tools → Regenerate CSS & Data

Ensure that no custom modifications are conflicting with the plugin

I’ve been using your theme for over 4 years,

Previously, when an agent registered through the site, they were automatically displayed on the “Agents” page. This is no longer happening — newly registered agents are not showing up automatically on that page.

Additionally, in the CRM, when registering a potential client, the form now shows duplicate fields for first and last name, and the field to select the assigned agent no longer appears. After saving the client, the “assigned agent” field is automatically filled with the client’s own name instead of assigning them to an actual agent.

I confirmed that these features worked properly in the previous version. I even restored a backup with the older version, and everything functioned correctly again.

I also reset my cPanel and WordPress installation to rule out any issues caused by accumulated files from previous updates, but the problems remain even after a clean install of the latest version.

Please look into these issues — they are essential to the correct operation of my site, and they were clearly working in earlier versions of the theme.

In the latest version 4.0.5 of the theme, when searching for properties in Miami without selecting any status, the results show only rental properties. It appears the property status filter defaults to “for rent” automatically, which limits the search results.

Hi, I just bought the theme and I have three problems:

1. How do I set up permalinks? When I change them to “post name,” the site doesn’t work properly. I tried saving several times.

2. How can I fix the header settings on the homepage so there isn’t a white bar at the top? My logo is taller than yours, so that’s causing the issue.

3. The property search on the homepage doesn’t work. It doesn’t go to the search results page.

Hi, There are some translation issues in the theme that need attention. Please create translation strings for the following words in the dashboard: Overview, Other, Account, Insights.

“Insights” does not change in the dashboard title, although it does translate correctly in the toolbar. Also, “Desktop” in the connected devices section is not being translated.

Additionally, the phrase “Add New Agent” is not translating through the translation panel — something might have been misconfigured. There are also several issues within the CRM section that are not working properly or displaying incorrect translations.

After updating to version 4.0.4, my website having click with property card carousal and some layout

Since your latest update (v4.0.4) when I now add a property it goes into the ‘pending’ queue for an admin to OK. I already have the setting set as:

It has also made me approve 5 properties from earlier in the the year (that were already approved and showing) and a new property I have just added today.

Is there new update available for Houzez theme as I have received email on June 9th saying “Update available for ‘Houzez – Real Estate WordPress Theme” and since 3rd june 2025 it is 4th update. So I am little bit suspicious as in a week it is fourth time and also zip file size of updated theme is same in all 4 updates. Houzez theme never updated so frequently. So can you confirm update available or it is just same email i am receiving since 3rd june 2025.

All these updates done by Houzez team. Current version is 4.0.3

This meant PHP Mail is not enabled on your hosting server, ask your hosting to enable it or use WP SMTP plugin to send emails using SMTP
