I purchased your WordPress theme, and it’s truly great. However, I’m facing a serious and strange issue that I’ve never encountered before. The wp_options table in the database keeps growing continuously and suddenly reaches 50GB, 100GB, and keeps increasing. When I run the OPTIMIZE TABLE process, the size drops back down to a few hundred megabytes. When I switch the WordPress theme from Woodmart to another one, the table growth stops. This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue — what could be causing this?

I am using two Woodmart WooCommerce Layered Nav widgets: one to filter by Collezione and another by Misura, both configured with the “OR” query type to allow multi-selection.

The issue I’m experiencing is that filters do not dynamically adjust based on selected values. For example, when selecting multiple “Collezione” terms, the “Misura” filter still shows all terms — even those that are not available in any matching product. This leads to confusion, as users may click on combinations that return zero results.

Expected behavior:

I would expect a smart filtering system, where:

Filters dynamically update based on current selections;

Terms that would result in no matching products are shown as visibly disabled (grayed out) but not hidden;

Users can still click on these disabled options to change combinations without resetting all filters;

Product counts (e.g. 0) reflect real-time availability for the current selection.

This is a very common behavior in advanced filtering systems (such as in Yoast or WOOF), and would significantly improve UX.

Is there a way to achieve this with Woodmart’s current filters? If not, is this functionality planned in future updates, or should we implement it via external plugin or custom development?

Hello, there is a problem in Woodmart Woocommerce Layered Nav, that show the items with selected as Text swatch bold and with a big underline, instead to be the same size of all the other items in the filter. How to fix it?

Latest patch, I believe, (or theme update) has caused an issue with the blog and layout. Removing author or meta in Theme options Blog and Single Post sections don’t work, and there are big white space gaps. Checked on 2 sites and same issues.

Hello, I need the “Shipping Cost” to be displayed on the single product page alongside the “Estimated Delivery Time”, or have the Shipping Cost as an independent block.

If not, please add this feature as soon as possible. It is an essential feature. Buyers must know the Shipping Cost right on the product page.

Hello. The theme itself is top – 10/10, but the support is just awful. When I had paid support from the theme – they solved the issue, but after it ended and the first update, everything that was configured disappeared… A child theme was enabled, but for some reason all the customizations disappeared, the question is why? Maybe this is such a scheme?? I am very outraged!

we plan to purchase your theme for another client project. But before we have some presale questions:

1. We can add custom post type to woodmart search? 2. Lets say you wanna have a fullscreen search without overlapping all content. To have this we shoud use “fullscreen1” syle in search option. But this option is icon-only based. :-( There is no search input field in first stage. So lets check “fullscreen2” style. This style have an input field and icon. Great. But if you enter something in searchfield the results will overlaps all your content. In fullscreen1 the results will not overlaps the full website. But its only an icon. I think we shoud improve this option in woodmart: User shoud have one fullscreen search option. And finally he can decide: show icon only. Show icon with search field. And next option: overlapping full content or not. Right now we have to decide: take the option with search field and icon but all the content is overlapped by search… or do not overlapping full content by search results BUT only have an search icon?! Both solutions are only an compromiss. In other themes you can manage this much better. 3. How to open the search input box from “fullscreen1” search after click on a custom element/custom button please? Which js function we shoud call/request?

Hi,

When a product is added to the cart, either once or multiple times, it appears correctly. However, if that product is later moved to Trash or permanently deleted from Dashboard > Products, it is removed from the cart item count, but the cart total displayed next to the cart icon does not update accordingly. The price remains unchanged, even though the product no longer exists.

Interestingly, the cart seems to update correctly only when visiting the Cart or Checkout page, where the total reflects the actual contents and excludes the removed product. Until the customer navigates to one of those pages, the displayed total remains incorrect.

Is there a known fix or a recommended way to force the cart total to update automatically when a product is trashed or deleted?

Currently, we’re using a cart drawer implementation, so the customer doesn’t necessarily visit the Cart or Checkout page unless they choose to.

Not using any caching module.

Also, as a suggestion for future improvements, it would be great if the “Select options” button could optionally trigger the quick buy modal directly, instead of relying on a separate custom button for that functionality. This would streamline the user experience and reduce the need for additional customization.

Also, why does the Cart page display the breadcrumb ‘Shopping cart > Checkout > Order complete’ when the cart is empty? Is there a way to conditionally hide this breadcrumb when the cart has no items?

I am experiencing an issue with the comment pagination feature on my website using the WoodMart theme.

Although I have enabled comment pagination in the WordPress settings and the pagination links (e.g., page 1, 2, 3) appear below the comments section, when I click on these links, the comments do not refresh or change pages. The URL does not update to reflect the page number, and the comments stay on the first page.

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps without success:

Verified that comments.php includes the standard comment navigation code.

Replaced previous/next comment links with paginate_comments_links() to display numbered pagination.

Refreshed permalink settings by saving the Permalinks page.

Disabled all plugins to rule out conflicts.

Tested the issue on the default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-Four), where pagination works correctly.

Given that the pagination works fine on the default theme, I suspect the issue is related to the WoodMart theme’s comment pagination implementation.

Could you please advise on how to fix this issue or provide an update to the theme to address this problem?

Hello, I’ve recently started using the category filtering widget. However, when I select a brand, it still displays the full list of categories instead of showing only those related to the selected brand. This makes it appear as though the brand has products in multiple unrelated categories.

Ideally, when an attribute like “brand”, “color”, or “size” is selected, only the relevant categories should be displayed.

Another issue with the same widget is that when I apply a category filter, the active filters section doesn’t pull the category names from the titles—it uses the URL slug instead. This results in an odd-looking display. For example, it shows: “clear filters, X brand, 1-sub-category-test”, whereas it should display the proper titles.

Could you please fix this with a patch?
