If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update the theme all of the plugins with available updates will be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.
Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, in case you need immediate update of any bundled plugin, you can contact us using this email (just add your purchase code in the mail), and our support agents will send you the latest version.

Your last update from the change log is february 5th… and the revolution slider plugin has to be updated again since wordfence warned everybody about a critical security issue with it !

When I access the widgets section in the admin panel, I experience significant slowdowns and freezing, and I cannot edit the widgets that come with the theme. (The problem persists even after increasing system resources. PHP Memory Limit: 512 MB)

This issue is happening because the new Gutenberg editor is not well-optimized for handling a large number of widgets that include custom font pack icons. Each of these widgets, especially when using custom icon sets, increases the memory load on the server significantly. Unlike the Classic Editor, Gutenberg is a block-based visual editor that tries to render everything in real time within the editor interface — this includes all custom elements like icons, styles, and layout previews.
Our theme have many such widgets, especially with complex assets like icon fonts, the Gutenberg editor attempts to load and process all of them at once. This can lead to very high memory usage on the server, causing performance issues, crashes, or even making the editor unusable in some cases.
You can try some suggestions, like deactivating Qi Blocks plugin (that is not required), then navigate to Appearance > Customize > Qode Performance and there you can enable/disable icon packs, custom post types, widgets and shortcodes which you don’t plan on using. This should have a positive effect to the overall performance of your site. Or you can use Classic Widgets plugin which will revert Widgets section to it’s previous layout.

Your theme is working only on php 7.4 version. I try everything to get theme to work on php8 and above but no luck!

Current version of the theme (Version 1.6.3) is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.3.

Try this already with php.8, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4 , no chance to make it work… Only when i revert to php7.4 it start to display pages….

You can try to repeat demo import several times, but before you repeat it, please navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus, so menu items don’t get duplicated. Also, if you are perhaps using some cache plugin, please deactivate it. It’s recommended that the cache plugin stays deactivated during demo import and while the site is still in the development stage.
You can also try importing via XML import which is a lighter demo import method.

Hi, I’m having an issue: I’m using your theme in my website and added a footer made with Elementor. The footer has worked for months but now it’s missing. If I go to Templates > Saved Templates I can see that my footer template is still there but in the Type column it shows Footer (Unsopported). How can I fix it? Thanks

The theme is developed to use footer templates by the theme. We assume you are using Elementor Pro in this case, however, this plugin was not used in theme development. Since this is a plugin you purchased separately from the theme please try contacting plugin support.

How can I use the Stal theme with WPBakery Page Builder? I couldn’t find anything related to this in the documentation.

Unfortunately, there is no demo content version built with WPBakery. Theme uses Elementor as a page builder, and the demo content is built using this plugin.
The theme is compatible with WPBakery, and all of the theme’s shortcodes are also available with this page builder, so you can use it to build your content. However, this plugin is not included with the theme, and if you wish to use it, you need to purchase it separately.

Good evening, we have a problem with the portfolio. First, we are unable to edit the content you have already created, for example the “New Structures” portfolio page. Here we tried changing the text “lorem ipsum etc..” by inserting some !!! and saving, but the theme does not save my changes. As a second thing, we can’t recreate through elementor, the checkerboard that you recreated on the “main menu”. We created 4 new portfolio “news”, created a new category and inserted it in the slug from the “portfolio” block of elementor, but the checkerboard does not come up.
Could you please help us?

Portfolio single posts in our demo are created with Elementor so description section needs to be edited with this page builder too. However, you first need to enable it for portfolio posts in Elementor > Settings.

Hi—we see that you updated pagination in the most recent theme update. The pagination on the Blog List element is no longer working (Elementor) after the most recent theme update and gives a JS error of 403 Forbidden. Hello, i have purchaced the theme, but i have an issue with the translation. i use the WP Multilang for multiple translasions. while if you at “posts”, you can see the buttons to fill the content at the language you want, i use the Stal Portfolio for my posts, but there is no option for translation there, in order to put the content at the languages i want.

Hello, this option will only translate the static text strings. i want to add content at a post at the stal portfolio in 2 languages, where when i change the language of the page, it will show the corrent language content. The problem is that while this option is available everywhere else with the WP multilag at the wordpress, there is no option at the stal portfolio. Is it a bug, or it need a specifit translation plugin?

Please make sure to set all logo option in Stål Core Options > Logo. Some pages might have logo set in page options, so if logo from global options is not showing on individual pages, please check the logo options on that page.

Hi, thank you for a nice theme. i bought it, installed it, registered it, everything is fine. But Import demo data doesn’t work for me. After selecting what to import and clicking IMPORT, the process gets stuck at 0%. Nothing is happening. I tried to set up different variants of Import Option – with attachments, without attachments, click on All, Content, Options. It still stays at 0% and doesn’t import anything. PHP server configuration is fine – System information in the administration reports that all parameters are OK. I have PHP 7.4., MySQL 8.0 Please advise. Thank you

Yes, I did it.. But – 0% and stuck. I solved it by other way. I have the same theme on the other domain. I use some plugin to export/import widgets. And now its OK. The problem was by side menu. Ikon to open side-menu and zoom ikon was not showed. And widget area was´nt able to put in this space. Qode options by page was not show the possibilty to set “Custom Header Widget Area” (neither 1 nor 2) . Some problem with Qode plugin I think… You can close it. It solved now.
