I want to change the breadcrumb structure for blogs. How to do that?

Hello, that’s not possible at the moment, but we can try to add a filter for it. What would you like to change in the structure?

My Theme is version 2.1.4 and the The Element Pack Pro is version 7.21.0 and won’t update to the latest version 8.0.0.

Version 7.21.0 has a Known Vulnerabilities

WordPress Element Pack Pro Plugin < 8.0.0 – Cross Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability WordPress Element Pack Pro Plugin < 8.0.0 – Broken Access Control vulnerability

Hello, please try this:

1. Go to Plugins, and delete Element Pack Pro.

2. Refresh the page.

3. Go to Theme Options – Plugins, and install the plugin back.

That worked thank you.

Hi there, I am wondering where are footers in your library? Im looking all around the whole library of sections/pages but I can not see any footers that I can use to customose the existing one, could you please guide me? thanks

Hello, to access the footer templates, go to Theme Builder – Footer – Add New. Edit with Elementor, then open template library. All theme builder templates are only available on their corresponding post type.

Thank you, found it.

Hello, my support has expired, but I need help with a possible bug in the migration site from the staging environment to the production environment.

I’m having a problem updating specific URLs, for example: fonts, uicore-framework and uicore-icons.

The URLs are not updated after the migration.

It seems that when saving in Theme Options, the files are not regenerated.

I’ve tried several migration plugins, including Duplicator, but to no avail.

The Better Search Replace plugin also doesn’t work.

Can you help me? Thanks!

Hello, please share admin access at support@uicore.co and we’ll assist you!

Hi there, I just bought this theme, now I’m importing a new section (from the UI library) and it imports the section but without the images, which is not great as I can not persolised things.

Do you know how can import de section with the images? thank you

Hello, this is usually caused by incorrect folder permissions, which you can fix using this guide: https://help.uicore.co/docs/uicore-framework/fix-folder-permissions

If that doesn’t work, please set up admin access in a new ticket here: https://help.uicore.co/ and we’ll assist you.

this theme no longer seems to work. Fresh install of wordpress (latest version), installed the theme, clicked button to install required plugins and boom, wordpress site crashes and can’t do anything but remove the theme.

Edit: remove UI-Core Framework prepackaged. This is what caused the issue.

Hello, please reach out to support@uicore.co and we’ll investigate the cause of the error. Thank you.

How do I create a separate menu for mobile? There is a mobile menu option, how does this work?

Hello, you can create a separate menu, then use filter 2.10 to assign it to the mobile menu: https://help.uicore.co/docs/uicore-framework/hooks-and-filters

Here are the steps:

1. Create a new menu and get the menu ID: https://uicore.d.pr/i/CiOv3k

2. Install the child theme in Theme Options – System.

3. Go to Appearance – Theme File Editor, edit functions.php, and add this to the end of the file:
add_filter( 'uicore_mobile_menu', function($menu){
    return 10; //menu id
});

Hi, I currently have issue with the UI core Library since the last update (UiCore Elements + UiCore Framework + Outgrid 2.1.2) : the items are not displaying correctly and it is unusable (see https://prnt.sc/xkNUNEEFPnYI). Also as I can’t use support to create a ticket because all of my 4 Outgrid licences have expired support. I’m contacting you here because I don’t agree that I should have to renew support for this bug fix. Thanks for your understanding.

Hello, there’s no need to renew support for bugs or theme issues. We have fixed the issue, and we will update all our themes tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, any news regarding the update? Still unable to use the UI core Library on Outgrid Theme as of today…

Hello, the update was just published.

Is the OutGrid theme compatible with Elementor 3.29.0?

Hi Pamela, the latest version of Elementor is causing a display issue in the template library. This will be resolved in the update coming tomorrow.

Elementor versions have severe incompatibility issues.

Hello, can you please share the issues you’re getting? We’re running 3.28.4 on our end, and haven’t found any problem yet.

I need to use self-hosted fonts. How do I ensure they are loaded locally and not from Google Fonts in Ui Outgrid Design System?

Hello, you can either enable “Load Google Fonts Locally” in Elementor – Settings – Features, or you can add your own custom fonts: https://help.uicore.co/docs/uicore-framework/custom-fonts

Hi Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well. I’ve exhausted my available support rights, but I’m encountering an issue with transferring my site from staging to the production domain.

The site has been successfully moved to the working domain, but when I attempt to finalize the transfer in the system by clicking the “Transfer” button, an error occurs, and the site remains stuck in staging. Could you please assist me in resolving this?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello, please share your website URL at support@uicore.co, and we’ll help you with the transfer.
