I’ve created a custom listing page using Elementor Pro’s Theme Builder, and it displays correctly once the listing is published. However, when submitting a new listing, the Preview does not reflect the Elementor layout, and it shows the default template instead.
Is there a way to configure the theme so that the custom Elementor template is also used for the preview mode during listing submission?

I’m using the drilldown menu for category selection on the search page, and I’ve noticed an issue with final-level (leaf) categories like “Buregdžinice” or “Pizzerije”.
Although these categories have no child categories, clicking on them still opens a new (empty) sub-level instead of simply selecting the category and closing the dropdown.
The expected behavior is for these categories to be selected immediately when clicked, without navigating into an empty submenu.

My support has expired. I will try to fix all this by myself, but I feel that I should get help because it’s the issue with the theme and not something else.
This new dropdown style came out a couple of months ago, and I’ve never seen an issue like this before. Plus, it seems like you changed the styling, so I don’t think it’s a theme-related problem

What does support cover? We are noticing a few holes, in particular with Imports. No information on listings and existing Memberships (members vs. free), or if Claiming would be enabled or not (claimed vs. not claimed), We are importing our lists from Brilliant Directories. We can’t imagine going through and reassigning over 1,000 members. We didn’t find much in the documentation.

Bug fixes, help with theme config. If claiming is just about showing which listings are claimed and which aren’t, and you don’t need to create a new account for every user assigned to a listing, then I’m pretty sure it should work just fine now

I guess your gone for the day due to time differences. Please confirm when you are back. We imported 50 pages of member and they are all being imported as “Products” and product descriptions and not as “Listings” within Categories and Regions (we work with Service Providers).

Hi, I have added a custom page for Dashboard Listings Menu following the documentation. Apparently, the menu is appearing and accessible by guest users too. Is this is bug? The new page is “Dashboard Page” page template as per docu.
Also, the icon for that menu I defined is not showing.
That’s not much details so I am not able to answer precisely however as to icon not showing – it’s a bug and will be addressed in next update
I have created a custom page using one of my custom shortcodes and assigned it the “Dashboard Page” template as per your documentation (which says that any page you create for that menu should use the “Dashboard Page” template).
This custom page is now showing correctly in the user dashboard, and of course, it should only be accessible to logged-in users (owners). However, I’ve noticed that guest users can still log in and access this page:

Why is this happening? Is there a setting I might have missed, or something else I should do to restrict access?

Dashboard pages are not only for owners, only specific ones so “theme doesn’t know” which user role could access your custom page.

I have selected Home Page 7 for my site, however the home search slider does not automatically scroll through the images like the demo Home page 7. What could be the cause of this?

For example, in a page that you are going to create, put there a calendar (something similar to the one that the owner sees in the dashboard), but in this case for a client to see the events that are available on a certain date.

We don’t have a calendar that shows all the listings. There’s a calendar on the single listing page that shows the booked days though.

Hi, Is it possible to setup “Category templates”...meaning, when someone signup to a category I want them tot fill in specific information, and when user selected a category I want them to only filter by specific things within that category. Example: House Cleaning would have different categories/sub-categories compared to Landscaping.

The old domain has expired, and no longer exists, because I never really used it and I don’t want to renew it because I now have several domains that are on brand and looking to move my BD with 1,200+ members over using Listeo.

Great. Stuck at “multi-vendor” decision point.
I have a directory which I’m moving over to Listeo. One of the main reason is that the current BD does not have features for “customers/regular day-to-day people” to post jobs…it’s just a directory for Searching. And nobody wants to search and click through pages of “handyman” and still have to figure out or send 50 emails (to multiple providers).
This is where your upcoming feature for ‘price’ will have a big impact as well. I want people to be able to post what they are looking for, within an area, within a price range, and then only have those that are filtered to choose from, not hundreds.
So, would it be considered multi-vendor if it’s only my members? They will still be able to create accounts, use the dashboard, bid on jobs, etc.

Is it true that comissions are supported only when using stripe?
No, that’s not entirely true. Commissions are supported for all bookings made through Listeo, regardless of the payment gateway used.
Each booking is tracked and stored in your WordPress Dashboard → Commissions, where you can manage bookings and orders and see how much you need to transfer to the listing owner. You can set your commission rate in Dashboard → Listeo Core → General.
However, the automatic split payment functionality, where the commission is automatically deducted and the rest is sent directly to the listing owner, is technically only supported with Stripe and PayPal.
If you use other payment gateways that work with WooCommerce, you will still earn your commission, but you will need to handle the payouts to the listing owners manually.

Right now my monetizations are Listing subscription, Bookings and Ad Manager. If I include products to be sold in my site from Vendors, would it be difficult to deal with disputes, shipping etc… I have configured Stripe for onboarding and to deal with customer support for Bookings. It will be the same for products to be sold and shipped?
Hi, I’m not sure if there’s a way to handle disputes with Dokan Free, but it the site admin takes care of everything in the end.
I got some other doubts regarding the theme before purchasing it:
1) On the sample site, I see categories in front-end like Apartments, Cars, Classifieds, Coaching, Eat & Drink, Events, Fitness and Services, but when I try to add some listing I see only Service, Rent, Event and Classifies. Where are the others categories? How to add , e.g. eat & drink listing?
2) Is it possible to put the purchase plans in front-end (during registration process), instead inside when adding a listing?
3) When clicking on a plan does not redirect to payment platform. I believe is just because the sample, right? Does it accept stripe?
Hi, please check – Listeo has 4 listing types – Service, Rental, Event and Classifieds. Those listing types exist to have different booking options, so you won’t offer for example tickets for renting out apartments. If you want to disable the ones you don’t need you can do it in Listeo Core → Submit listing.

Ok, but can I show the categories instead of listing types on add listing? If not possible, can I duplicate the listing type and rename it? I ask that because I need to show the “3 categories” of my site, on the time the user will add a listing. Basically the users can add listing of community (roommate), rent room and rent entire apartment. So what you suggest to get this working on my site?

No. As I said on my first message, when adding new listing the user see types like Service, Rent, Event and Classifies, and I need to display categories instead, such as Apartments, Cars, Classifieds, Coaching, Eat & Drink, Events, Fitness and Services, so the user can insert it directly.
