Can you confirm how you always update your theme copy, by uploading the new version zip archive and replacing previous copy OR using the Envato Market plugin?

The Eventer plugin comes unlocked & bundled with the NC theme and license registration is not required.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have always updated through the theme when the theme shows an update available. I’ve never had a problem before now.

If you are still getting problem in registering the purchase code, then I would suggest trying in an Incognito Window or do a hard refresh on the welcome/license page of the theme by pressing Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + R keys on your keyboard.

A purchase code can be activated on a single website. You may need to deactivate the purchase code from the previous website before registering it on the new website. If the old site is not accessible now then share your purchase code by writing an email to envato[at]imithemes.com

Kindly what if i want to make some updates on the previous website, by the way the product has multiple theme to use only on one website, seriously i thought i can use multiple websites on the the same theme, atlist you could give me maximum of only two website

For local development environments, registering the purchase code is not required. However, for any live or publicly accessible website, a unique purchase code is mandatory. Unfortunately, I can’t authorize the use of a single code on two separate sites, as this would go against Envato’s standard license terms. Native theme supports both the Free and Pro versions of Elementor and all the demo you see are utilising the free version only so it’s optional for you to subscribe to Elementor Pro or not.

For the Classic(Non Elementor) we have 2 different demo, one uses the basic Page Templates and another use SiteOrigins Builder(theme comes with premium widgets in built)

Hope updating the theme wont affect my website??

It is always recommended to keep a full backup of the website before any update. Updating from the last to latest version should not make any major impact but coming from an years old version should be done with extra care like backing up database and full site separately. Check if you have child theme with customisation etc.

I don’t think I have a child theme.
