Hello, I’ve noticed a bug when loading properties in specific categories. The error is that the property prices are displayed in two places: one in the bottom right corner and the other in the top left corner.

After updating the theme, all the property card sections on the website are now displaying incorrectly. The card layouts are completely broken—texts and images appear outside their containers, and the design is totally messed up. It seems there is a conflict or bug with the latest version of the theme.

Main issues:

Text and images in the property cards are shown outside the main card container, and the overall layout is disorganized.

The appearance of the cards is no longer correct and different elements are not rendering properly.

This issue only started after the recent theme update; everything was displaying perfectly before.

Please advise how this can be resolved, or if a bug fix from your technical team is required, kindly escalate this case.

It’s unfortunate that the content can’t be imported. I’ve tried importing it many times, but the error message continues. It doesn’t work.

Hi,, I’m using WP All import to migrate properties from CRM but only is uploading the main image, not the gallery, is there something particullar with this theme Housez that we have to know to upload the whole gallery?

Urls, are working properly and are detected by WP All import when I run the tests.

I’m having trouble importing the demo content for Houzez. Despite several attempts, the media files (images/videos) are not being imported, and the demo layout appears broken. I’ve already checked my PHP configuration and followed your import guide step by step. Please assist or share an updated demo package that works reliably. This is affecting my development timeline. In the price filter V.3 within the search, when selecting a price range, no results appear, even though there are matching properties.

Also, when selecting filters like bedrooms, bathrooms, or price, the properties should update automatically without needing to click the search button.

There are just too many issues now, and I really hope you don’t just reply with “contact support” — please actually fix these problems!

I appreciate the improvements, but don’t forget the most important features. Other themes already have all of this working smoothly. I’ve been with you for years, don’t make me switch.

I’m having an issue with the keyword search functionality.

Even though I’ve selected that keywords should search by address, street name, and postal code in the Search Builder settings, it only returns results based on the property title. This severely limits the search usability.

Could you please help me fix this or let me know if there’s a compatibility issue with the latest version?

I’m currently using the geolocation search feature, but it doesn’t return any results on the search results page, even though there are properties nearby.

I’ve confirmed the browser has location permission, and properties have valid coordinates. The geolocation field is active in the search form.

Can you help me troubleshoot or let me know if this is a known issue with the latest theme version?

Header search wont show the geolocation option but in search builder in elementor it works , any idea how to make geolocation work in header search too ?

I’ve seen many real estate themes and websites include a toggle button to switch between map view and list view on property listings. It would be great if Houzez added this option too — something like a “View on Map / View as List” button at the top of the results.

It would really improve user experience. Hope you can consider it in a future update!
