Hi. Is it possible to make this multilingual?

Hi,
Yes, theme supports multilingual plugins like WPML, Polylang etc.

Bugged footer. It disappears after any edit. It doesn’t matter whether I use Elementor or WPBakery—every change partially deletes the footer.

The website layout breaks when viewed on mobile devices. There are no available options or settings to properly adjust or fix the template for mobile display. The only mobile-related settings provided are “Sticky Menu on Mobile Devices” and “Responsive,” which are insufficient to resolve the issue.

Additionally, when I visit the support page/forum, the content is inaccessible. Upon clicking any topic, I receive the message: “Your support has expired. Please renew it to access this topic. You can still view the topics you created, in read-only mode.” However, even the topics I should be able to view in read-only mode do not load, and the page remains completely blank.

You need to renew your support period so we can review your issue and provide assistance. After your support expires, you can only access the topics you created. If you’re unable to view them, please send us a link to the topic you can’t access, and we’ll check this for you.

Is it possible to integrate with PayPal instead of Stripe? I mean, through all theme features like calculators etc

If you would like to integrate PayPal, you can do that, for example, by adding a PayPal payment URL to the email template. But they are not built in like Stripe payments.

I have installed the theme and make my website in a domain now I had migrated my website in other domain but in new domain I could not edit my site with WPBakery Backend and Frontend editor is not loading please tell me how can I edit my website

I spent an entire day trying to get this theme to work properly, but nothing was functioning as expected. After many attempts, I realized the main issue was the use of the child theme. Once I did a fresh installation without the child theme, things started working much better. Since nothing else was changed, it seems the theme itself (or at least the child theme) is causing the problems. I find it quite surprising that such issues exist in a theme sold as ready-to-use. How can this happen? Is there any real point in continuing to struggle with this, or should I just move on?

If I don’t get a refund or at least a clear response addressing all the bugs by tomorrow, I will be writing 100 more negative comments about this theme! This is by far the worst theme I have ever bought out of more than 30 themes in my experience — and it’s also the most expensive one!

Just look at the last three pages of reviews — they are full of negative feedback. I’m definitely not the only one struggling with this. I should have listened to the people below who warned about all these bugs before buying.

This theme is a complete waste of money and time. Fix it or refund me.

Another serious issue I have to highlight: I tried to follow your official support process, but it’s a complete nightmare. After clicking on Go to item support, I was redirected to a different website where I had to create a whole new account, set a password, and log in again. Fine, I did all that — wasting more time — but even after successfully logging in, there is NO option to open a ticket.

The only things I can see are:

There’s no “Create Ticket”, no clear support form, no instructions — nothing. But of course, there’s a “Buy me a coffee” button. Seriously? I paid for this theme, and now I’m supposed to give more just to get proper support?

I’m not new to WordPress — I’ve built 20+ sites in the past few months using other themes, and I have never had to contact support. That’s what I call good design. But this? This theme is a mess, full of bugs, outdated practices, poor documentation, and a broken support system.

Please don’t ask me to open a ticket. I literally can’t. Fix your support or refund my money so I can buy a proper, functional theme. This whole experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and an enormous waste of my time and resources.

This is by far one of the most frustrating themes I’ve ever worked with.

I’ve built over 20 websites in the last 3 months using premium themes from ThemeForest, and not once have I needed to contact support. Why? Because when a theme is properly developed, you don’t need support. Everything works, documentation is clear, and the logic is consistent.

But with this theme — it’s been hours and hours of fixing bugs, missing footer menus, broken sliders, hamburger menus not working on mobile, and overall messy structure. On top of that, to even contact support, I’m expected to create an account on a third-party site, register my purchase code and go through several unnecessary steps — just to ask about something that should be working out of the box.

This is ridiculous in 2025. I don’t have time to chase bugs in a premium theme or waste hours registering for things I’ve already paid for. Good themes are intuitive and functional — this one is neither. I do not recommend it. Definitely asking for a refund and buying a better theme with proper documentation and clean structure.

Most of our clients find the theme easy to use and configure. I’m sure we can help you with the items you mentioned, such as the footer sidebars, slider, and menus. I have purchased your theme with high expectations, but my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The hamburger menu does NOT work on mobile devices at all.

When I set a page as the homepage, the footer menu disappears completely.

On another homepage I tried, after setting it as homepage, the slider simply vanished.

The theme is full of bugs, lacks proper documentation, and uses outdated methods.

I have spent many days trying to fix these issues instead of building my website.

This is NOT the quality I expected from a premium theme.

I feel like the theme is deliberately buggy to force customers into buying additional support.

I want a full refund immediately, as I need to purchase another, reliable theme. This one is unusable and a waste of money.

I’ve been struggling with this theme for days, and it’s been a nightmare. The homepage works fine until I set it as the front page, then the footer menu disappears, the header banner vanishes, and the whole layout breaks. Changing page settings or menus causes unpredictable bugs.

There is almost no documentation available to help fix these issues, and customer support (if any) is minimal or nonexistent. If you value your time and sanity, I strongly advise you NOT to buy this theme. It feels like unfinished, buggy software that causes more problems than it solves.

Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable, well-documented theme.

UPDATE: The issue is now resolved. The logo appeared correctly after I pasted the image URL directly instead of using the “Insert” button in the media library. Slightly unintuitive, but it works.

I appreciate that the theme is feature-rich, but I suggest improving documentation for such cases. My previous comment came from deep frustration, as I lost many hours trying to fix what should be a basic function.

As someone who has developed and worked with many WordPress themes professionally, I’m not writing this out of caprice or lack of knowledge. This is a serious issue that I encountered with this premium theme.

The logo is hardcoded directly in the theme files, ignoring the options panel where you’re supposed to upload and set your logo. Despite uploading the logo multiple times through the theme options, clearing all caches and cookies, the default theme logo remains visible on the front end. The Site Identity section in the WordPress Customizer only allows setting a favicon, not the main logo, which is extremely misleading.

This issue is not a minor inconvenience — it’s a fundamental flaw. Opening support tickets for something so basic is an enormous waste of time, especially for a theme priced among the most expensive on the market. The documentation is incomplete and only covers how to upload the theme, without any guidance on changing crucial elements like the logo or footer.

I feel misled as a customer, and I don’t want others to waste their time and money facing the same problem. For this reason, I will be rating this theme with only one star.

The developers must urgently address this issue and provide clear instructions or fix the theme to properly support logo changes through the options panel.

The issue with your logo is likely due to selecting the wrong one. The theme provides options to set two different logos: one for the transparent header layout and another for the non-transparent header. You may have selected the wrong option for your header configuration.

For the price paid, theme/page options are very limited. For example it would be good to allow an option for slider to come after the header. Please advise

Please also make sure to update all theme included plugins, if that won’t help, then please renew support period and create new support topic. We’re not able to emulate this issue on our end, we also don’t have similar reports from other customers.

ok, we figured it out. WPBakery needed to be updated. We had 7.4 still. The auto “installed Plugins” module wasn’t working, so needed to upload it from your latest updated zipped file and manually install/update it. Seems ok now. Thank you for replying!
