I absolutely do not recommend this theme and will even initiate a refund. The problem is this: first, plugins are constantly deactivated. second, Elementor deliberately slows down updates by restricting everything. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I’m really not satisfied with this theme. The mobile and tablet versions aren’t correct. Colors aren’t displayed, the mobile menu isn’t in the right place, and elements overlap or move off the screen even though I haven’t changed the text size. Along with this, there are internal links that lead to a spammy site. I deleted everything before wasting too much time and wasted time cleaning it up. I paid for this theme for nothing.

I see buyers who had the same problem with that plugin months ago as I am having right now.
Subsequently, you did ask for their site login details and “solved” the problem for them.
New buyers came and had the same problem again. This makes me think, the problem may be with the downloadable files .. I HOPE I’M WRONG.
Now, if the problem is only to be fixed by you getting access to the backend and on a per-case basis….
What happens to me when I decide to overhaul my site 7 months from now?
The support licence is only valid for 6 months understandably so. After 6 months, you won’t be available to provide those “fixes”.
This renders the product unsusable to me. Add the fact that I’ve had to wait more than 4 days to get a solution..
(that’s me hoping the problem gets fixed today). Anyone can check the date of my first support request to confirm this. As I am typing this, 4 days after opening the ticket..my issue remains unsolved.
Given all the said problems above, why should I ask a buyer think I’ll be able to use this product beyond the support licence expiry without any big problems?

The product has a lifetime license and support is only for 6 months and to solve the problem, you had to get my login credentials.
You did that now but you won’t be available when I need to overhaul my site in after the support licence expires.
