2. Is installation support available in support? Because from the installation video, it doesn’t seem very easy.

1. Yes – Admin provided location wise facility work for your website.

For example – if you are from India and you wish to work only in a specific state then you can import / create location terms in listing post type / location taxonomy then your provided locations wise website will work and vendors can join.

2nd – If you purchase a product with 6 month extended support then my team will set up your website free of cost ( one time + one website ).

Some notes on the theme.

When vendor registers, he registers the phone number, but it is not captured, it gets lost.

The company details captured during the registration and profile updates, are also not visible to couples when they browse the vendor.

I have fixed the phone number issue. but please help fixing the rest as it impacts completely how the theme works and whats on the demo.

When the vendor publishes listings it addresses the missing information on the vendor info. Therefore all the empty tabs get populated and it makes sense

Answer #1: During vendor registration, if the phone number entered is the company phone number, it will be displayed under the vendor’s My Profile page / Business Profile section.

This feature is working 100% correctly — please double-check it on your end.

Hello – Can you tell me if there is a way to utilize a CSV worksheet to upload basic listing details to the template without having to enter them in one by one? I need to upload over 300+ vendor details and it sure would be nice if we had that option. Please let me know. THANK YOU! :)

The Map seem not work.

When submitting the listing, on Location I am using the Map Icon to Tag the location. But after submission the icon goes back to the default location.

On the listing results page I get a list of 9 listings then it paginates. How can I increase the results to say 24 so there are fewer pages in the pagination?

I have completely installed the theme and have my first issue that came up. When I am in the couple login. when you click on guest management the footer appears in the middle with a for below that is under he couple menu on the left. I have screen shot to see.

I checked your website status, and it’s not loading. This indicates that you are using a very old version of the WeddingDir Product.

Please follow the steps to update the theme version and plugin version.

The ACF Pro plugin does not require manual updates. If the author releases an updated version, it will be included in the package.

In the latest version, we have not encountered any text-domain issues.

I purchased WeddingDir through Envato Market on October 20, 2024, and I’m experiencing an issue while trying to activate the license. The error message states:

“Your license key does not exist or is invalid. – Response Code: WeddingDir_status_Code_X00004.”

I’ve double-checked the license key, ensured accuracy, and followed the activation steps, but the problem persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this?

I want to modify the design of the couple and vendor dashboard. How can I access the templates to be able to modify the design? Also, is there another way to preview Couple and Vendor dashboard, when logged in as administrator, and not as a couple/vendor? I would also like to change the design of Wedding Websites. Hello, I have a few issues and I’m hoping you can help.

1. On the couple’s dashboard, on guest management, the footer is in the middle of the page and I don’t know how to remove it.

2. When I enable the google login in, it take the customer to the Wordpress registration page instead of its own.

3. On the couple’s dashboard, if you scroll down, it says edit my website, but when I press on it it goes to a blank page.

4. I can’t really find where to change the footer and header.

6. Is it possible to create a new couple wedding website?

Hello, we have purchased the WeddingDir theme, and we installed all demo content as described in your instructions. However, the couple and vendor dashboards are not working. There is no content displayed at all once the page is loaded (a full white screen). We checked everything, and the only assumption we have is that the ACF Pro that’s included with your theme needs to be updated. However, the update of ACF Pro is not supported by the theme (unlike other premium plugins like Elementor Pro, which can be updated through the theme). How can we use the theme to update ACF Pro plugin?

Hello i am facing an issue with expired listing. I have made a registration for a vendor (has the verdor role) , i got my free plan which expires in few days . First i dont getting any email before the listing is going to be expired . Second , when the listing is expired then it is still showing in active mode (in vendor “listings tab” and in the search-listing page , but the plan is INACTIVE in Vendor dashboard.. Third, when i click on “Edit” button in this listing from vendor listing tab ..it says the expected below message :

Hello test test,

Your pricing plan is expired dated on 03-04-2025.

Fourth, I tried also to run the wp-cron manual by searching the URL https://my-site/wp-cron.php .. but nothing ..its still active Also i tried to run the wp-cron manually from wordpress tool > cron event > puc_cron_check_updates-weddingdir-listing (Clicking Run Now) Also i added the ” define(‘DISABLE_WP_CRON’, false); ” in root/wp-config.php file , i done all of the above but stillnothing.. Last but not least ,when i go to take again the plan , then the listing turn to draft mode directly…

I dont have an cache plugin active too. Please help me i thing i have already done all the steps , maybe something is going on with the code..!
