My support has expired and I don’t get major problems but after recent updates, I do have 2 logo on mobile view. One logo at Normal place, the other one is at search bar. On mobile view only…then on single page ,sometimes the element are unclickable and if they do the page turn to green colour. My support has expired.

I’m not able to submit a support request (the system ask me to renew my license). My masonry shop layout has huge gaps between the images in their respective columns. It happended after updating to the latest theme update and Elementor update (ran the automatic updates today). I need a fix for it.

Hello, We previously purchased this theme and successfully used it for our website tardissenerji.com. Later, we closed that site and re-used the license for our new website nanoorjin.com. The activation worked perfectly.
However, due to serious issues on your Classic Demo (broken layout and non-functional sections), we had no choice but to delete WordPress completely and reinstall the Avada theme from scratch.
Shockingly, even though it’s the same license and same domain, the license key is now locked, and we are unable to activate it again. This happened just one day after the original activation.
This is frustrating and unacceptable. We did everything properly. Please urgently unlock the license key or allow us to activate it again.
We are preparing a professional site as an official distributor of an industrial product, and this delay is damaging our schedule.

Hi, I want to add my site’s logo to the top of the mobile off-canvas menu, above the menu items. I checked the Header Builder settings for the “Mobile Menu” element, but I couldn’t find an option to add content or an HTML Block before the navigation. Could you please guide me on how to do this in the latest version of WoodMart?

Could you please make a video on how to create a fully responsive slider that shows the entire image on both mobile and desktop without cutting anything off?
I’ve really struggled to achieve this using Gutenberg and eventually gave up. Elementor handles it better, but not everyone wants to use Elementor.
I believe a lot of us would benefit from a clear tutorial on this — especially for online stores, where a good responsive slider can make a huge difference.
Would love to see your approach to solving this!

Hi there, dear team! I have enabled the option to show product attributes on hover in the product grid. However, the attributes list is being cut off with a fade effect and shows ”...” at the end, even when there’s enough space to display all attributes.
I want the complete list of product attributes to be fully visible on hover without any fade effect or truncation.

Problem with searching for products by SKU if it contains the ”_” character
I have set the search engine to search for products by SKU.
If I want to use SKU search, there’s a problem because if the SKU contains “”, the search engine doesn’t find products. Using this character is illegal in SKUs. If I use “–” instead of “”, everything works correctly and products are searched by SKU. I think everything worked before, but since the last update or the second-to-last update, the search stopped working when the SKU contains the ”_” character.
Please help.

Hello, I have a question before buying the theme. Write now I have a shop with flatsome theme with UX Builder. I need to change this with woodmart for many reasons. Unfortunately, there is no automatic transfer from this theme’s blocks to Elementor. In such cases, you will need to recreate the content manually.

Hello, we have the same problem with background color after updated elementor and woodmart. No server cache, no plugin cache. All other plugins disabled. Cleaned browser cache and tested on different browser. The page background color is not added to pagebuilder preview of product template. With hello theme its working fine. Ticket ID: #675275

Found the culprit, it is the Elementor Pro (v3.31.0 at that time, it also messed up cart sidebar) i have not yet updated it to latest as they mention breaking changes in changelog
