Hi,

Your recent update has caused some Woodmart element to become cannot be displayed properly when editing articles/pages on the Polylang website (elementor). Also, some plugin functions are not displayed properly(Polylang website).

I’ve disabled all other plugins.

This seems to be a compatibility issue between Woodmart version 8.2.7 (Elementor) and Polylang.

If I roll back to 8.2.6, the issue will disappear.

If I upgrade back to 8.2.7, the issue will reappear.

On my single product (affiliate) pages, the maximum character limit the “Add to Cart” and “Buy Now” button can take if modified is 32 for a typical MOBILE device WIDTH.

Again, I have still not figured out how to make the contents of the product categories EXTRA DESCRIPTION to show up. I believe it’s possible to use Gutenberg to include it in the layout. Hello! I have a question: I saw that the search logic has been improved and now searches by synonyms. I’m wondering if synonym search can work for two or more words?

For example, if I have a book store and I search for “recommend some fantasy genre,” will it suggest “Harry Potter” and “Lord of the Rings”? This is a kind of “pseudo” AI search. I will add all possible combinations that a user might search for into the database; I just want to know if these synonyms react to multiple words?

My support has expired and I don’t get major problems but after recent updates, I do have 2 logo on mobile view. One logo at Normal place, the other one is at search bar. On mobile view only…then on single page ,sometimes the element are unclickable and if they do the page turn to green colour. My support has expired.

I’m not able to submit a support request (the system ask me to renew my license). My masonry shop layout has huge gaps between the images in their respective columns. It happended after updating to the latest theme update and Elementor update (ran the automatic updates today). I need a fix for it.

Hello, We previously purchased this theme and successfully used it for our website tardissenerji.com. Later, we closed that site and re-used the license for our new website nanoorjin.com. The activation worked perfectly.

However, due to serious issues on your Classic Demo (broken layout and non-functional sections), we had no choice but to delete WordPress completely and reinstall the Avada theme from scratch.

Shockingly, even though it’s the same license and same domain, the license key is now locked, and we are unable to activate it again. This happened just one day after the original activation.

This is frustrating and unacceptable. We did everything properly. Please urgently unlock the license key or allow us to activate it again.

We are preparing a professional site as an official distributor of an industrial product, and this delay is damaging our schedule.

Hi, I want to add my site’s logo to the top of the mobile off-canvas menu, above the menu items. I checked the Header Builder settings for the “Mobile Menu” element, but I couldn’t find an option to add content or an HTML Block before the navigation. Could you please guide me on how to do this in the latest version of WoodMart?

I actually posted this same comment yesterday on one of your YouTube videos. While you encourage viewers to visit your YouTube channel, it seems there’s not much interaction with users in the comments section. So I wanted to ask here as well:
Could you please make a video on how to create a fully responsive slider that shows the entire image on both mobile and desktop without cutting anything off? I’ve really struggled to achieve this using Gutenberg and eventually gave up. Elementor handles it better, but not everyone wants to use Elementor.
I believe a lot of us would benefit from a clear tutorial on this — especially for online stores, where a good responsive slider can make a huge difference. Would love to see your approach to solving this!
I think the gutunburg of woodmart right now is not powerful like elementor, yet…

We are going to improve this functionality in our 8.3 update, and then we will prepare a new tutorial for this.

Hi there, dear team! I have enabled the option to show product attributes on hover in the product grid. However, the attributes list is being cut off with a fade effect and shows ”...” at the end, even when there’s enough space to display all attributes.

I want the complete list of product attributes to be fully visible on hover without any fade effect or truncation.

One more problem. In Size Guides description, you can’t use [Shot Code] now – why? Using [short code] results in the error “Update failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”
